I am absolutely horrified by my experience today. We took our cat in to the office to be euthanized, which is hard enough. We were put in a room and told we could take time with him. Soon after being in the room, the veterinarian and a tech came in without so much as introducing themselves or explaining the process and the tech scooped my cat up off the floor and put him on the table. In the room for less than 2 minutes they immediately pinned him down, shaved his leg fur and injected him all the while he cried out and flailed around. There was no compassion whatsoever in this situation. No asking if we needed more time, nothing. 12 hours later and Im still bawling. Do not put yourself through this by dealing with this clinic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What an absolutely wonderful practice! Their staff is loving and knowledgeable. Their compassion and expertise have helped our family avoid any pitfalls, and have maintained my 5 fur babies in excellent health for years. I cant imagine going anywhere else! I actually have two big dogs who love to go to the vet because of the staff spoils just as I do. I wish they treated humans :D.

They were able to see her right away, saved her life, and kept her from a huge bill at pet emergency! Thank you so much!
