Although please with the Doctor (Duran) my husband and I are less than pleased with the office in general. I finally convinced him to make an appointment in Feb. The doctor was kind and seemed really interested in helping my husband with the issue we went for as well as other issues he would like to address in the future. However there will not be a future with this practice. My husband was to see a specialist whom will not schedule him without direct contact with the doctors office. I have called the office on two different days and so did my husband. I left a message both times after they had closed asking for assistance and a return call and we have yet to get a call back or an appointment with the specialist and it is now April. However I did receive a bill in the mail for the appointment.

Doctors are good. The phone system is not. Every time I call to make an appointment, Ive never had anyone pick up. And if I leave a message they either dont call back or somehow manage to call when I cant answer. So I have to call them back and then they dont pick up. Then only way I can make an appointment is if I show up to the office in person. I finally get my appointment, but its a day or two away. So then I have to leave and come back. Fun.

The doctors and nurses at Family Practice Associates are very warm, caeing, and competent: however, the phone system is the exact opposite. In order to get an appointment scheduled, youll have a better and more expeditious process if you walk in and schedule it in person.

Called to make a payment on the phone. Was told I was being transferred to have my call taken care of. 10 minutes later of being on hold I hung up. Displeased with the customer service
