I had to take my dog there tonight because she was experiencing neck pain. I didnt have an appointment and was happy to learn walk-ins are welcome. I did have to wait a while for those with scheduled appointments to be seen but that is understandable. Dr. Jeon was wonderful with my dog, talking to her in a soothing voice and making her feel safe and comfortable before he proceeded with the exam. He gave her a thorough examination and I didnt feel like we were being rushed out of there. The exam and a weeks worth of pain medication was $57.00, I didnt think that was bad at all. The veterinary assistant even measured out the weeks worth of liquid medicine in 7 syringes (I didnt ask her to do this) so I could easily administer it to my chihuahua. All in all it was a good experience for my dog and me.

Zero stars was not an option. Walked in 9/25/16 with my dog and his bloody paw. Went directly to the back of Pet Smart where a large sign indicated Pet HOSPITAL. The person behind the counter was advised of the problem and actually said "we are not a hospital" and went on to say they only see animals by appointment only. A hospital.. a health care institution providing patient treatment with specialized staff and equipment. So my dog is bleeding out from a paw and my quick search of local pet hospitals only created wasted time. Way to go Pet Smart and Banfield. What was a normal purchase point for my dogs treats and toys is now off my list of go to places.

Very disappointed, 3 of our dogs have been coming here for years but we are going to look for another vet. The vet we had was great but the attitude of the staff and shortness of the front desk made me realize they could care less about the health and wellness of our pets. I wanted to speak with a manager or to our vet to let them know these were how our last 3 visit were and I received the same reply. "Well everyones busy right now." Sad to go but I dont feel like getting treated like I and my pet are not worth their time.

The staff and care we received was AMAZING. They were genuinely caring and concerned for our pet. Our dog was hit by a truck and in very serious condition. Unlike another hospital we stopped at first, they did not ask me for my checkbook first before treating our dog. They scooped her up in their arms (literally) and begin to tend to her needs first. They were so loving and repaired all her wounds excellently. She will be back to normal soon. Thank you Banfield. You saved our dogs life!!

They are all super nice, yet professional and straight to the point. It was also nice that they were able to take both of my dog and cat in at one time and get their boosters done. As well as the blood work. There is things to do in the plaza as you wait. it was only about 30 minutes till they were done :) My dog and cat didnt seem distraught at all from the experience, which I worry about often when I take them to see someone.

Very friendly staff. They are all animal lovers and it shows. They remember your pet and make you feel welcome. Sometimes a bit overpriced, even when compared to local vet near my home. Staff will talk you through all the options if your pet is in need of meds, procedures, etc.

I called to ask questions to find out if my dog was in labor so I could bring her in if she was and they put me on hold then hung up the phone. So I called Valley Central emergency hospital and they were so helpful and kind and I brought her in immediately.

I canceled my dogs plan in the beginning of July. And I got charged. This place is unbelievable and shouldnt be in business. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
