If you want the best veterinary care for your animal, Affinity is the place to go. Dr. Meredith is an extraordinary diagnostician; she does miss anything. She and her technicians provide the best care weve ever seen. They are patient, conscientious, and caring. Their hours are accommodating, the offices are very pleasant. The entire experience there is wonderful. We have four border collies who compete at the highest levels of agility; and we need to keep them healthy and happy. Dr. Meredith at Affinity Vet is an integral part of their care. I recently was shocked to see this review for Affinity that read the following: "Jason Cooper Im a new patient moving from Florida the office fee is double from my old vet 35 to 65 dollars also I dont think its right to offer money off your visit for a good review. It makes me wonder if that is the only reason they have 4 stars on yelp. I havent visited enough with my babies to for an opinion yet. I just am a bit put off by the offer. ". I found this a very surprising and unfair review. First, the fees at Affinity are totally competitive with fees at other vets in this area, actually a bit better. Second, why did this person think that money off for a first visit was for a good review? Thats ridiculous. A lot of businesses give something off to new patients/clients/customers. If you read all the other reviews for Affinity, you will see how everyone gives them the highest marks for courtesy, competency, attention to your pet, etc. Ive never found that I was rushed there; I always found that Dr. Meredith and the vet techs were the most conscientious people around. I doubt if there is a better vet in this area. Weve been customers ever since the practice opened and have never found anything to complain about; try them and you will be extremely pleased.

When we rescued our dog a few months ago, I read many reviews online as I tried to choose a vet. Affinity Veterinary Center had very positive reviews, so we decide to try them out. We completely agree with all of those reviews! Everyone at Affinity is so warm and welcoming. As soon as we walk in the door, we are taken right to an exam room, joined by a staff member and we never wait long to see Dr. Meredith. We like knowing everyone at the practice, and we can always get a quick appointment. Their hours are also very convenient for working parents. Dr. Meredith and all of the techs are also available via email throughout the day, which is the easiest way for me to communicate during work. The team is quick to respond via email, online appt scheduling and phone- no leaving voice mails multiple times! We have emailed Dr. Meredith late at night with a question about a medication, and she immediately got back to us with answers. We feel so comfortable putting our dog in the care of everyone at Affinity- they genuinely care about your pets, their well-being and their treatment. They listen to what you have to say, ask questions, and are very thorough with instructions. Dr. Meredith is very knowledgeable and experienced, and we have noticed she takes a holistic approach to treatment, taking into account our dogs overall well-being and comfort. She takes time to help you understand her diagnosis and treatment plans in the immediate future and in the big picture. We never feel like we didnt have enough time with her during appointments. We drive 30 minutes each way to the vet because we are so confident that we have found one of the best vet practices in the area. We are very happy with our choice!

We LOVE Affinity! I am not one to write reviews but I am so confident we have made the right choice after today! We adopted a 3 month old puppy a week ago, and Molly worked with our tight schedule to have him seen the day I had called, when we were available. Molly was so polite on the phone and the first person we met when we walked into the bright, welcoming, clean office. Another tech, Robert, played with Dingus the entire time he examined our Bulldog Beagle that he was no longer afraid to be with this stranger, being poked and prodded when Dr. Meredith entered. He also continued to play with him while Dr. Meredith explained her findings on his illnesses. I loved that Dr. Meredith not only had the medicine available but also showed me how to apply it, especially since we have never had a dog before. Its been a few days on the medicine, and it seems like hes getting better however, today was the day that we are completely, and utterly STUCK ON AFFINITY and NEVER LEAVING DR. MEREDITH. One of Dingus eyes was getting pinker and bigger by the hour, until we called Dr. Meredith. She diagnosed him with Cherry Eye and once again, she showed us how to apply the medicine, and the best way to position ourselves to hold him to place the eye drops. Where can you get this kind of care? The medicine will not correct his prolapse and will still need surgery, but we can not trust anyone else other than Dr. Meredith. She has such a kind, caring personality that she consoled him as if he was her own dog and we know he will be in great hands.

The folks at Affinity Vet took spectacular care of my precious, priceless puppy Fiona. She had collapsed for seemingly no reason. They were thorough, took a lot of time with her, and worked tirelessly to find a cause and develop a treatment plan. Blood work was involved, and when it was returned from the lab (THE NEXT DAY!!!) instead of just sending me a copy, I received an email from Dr. Karen Goss, the treating vet, explaining what the results showed, and what our options were from this point forward. The office itself is very user friendly: immaculately clean, but without that overly-sterile, post-modern feeling at other places. Forms are available online, my visit reminder came via text message, and follow-ups were via email. Fiona and I had the sense that everyone at Affinity Vet REALLY CARED. I felt that everyone was really competent (Fiona doesnt think of such things). It was impressive that between making the appointment and arriving, the practice reached out to our prior vet, and not only obtained Fionas records, but had actually read them, and knew some things to check up on. We couldnt be more impressed and this is our new practice! THANK YOU Affinity Vet for taking such good care of my darling Fiona.

I started taking my cats to Affinity over a year ago and was impressed right from the start. One of my cats is always terrified at the vets office, but she was much better this time, for several reasons. We didnt have to wait long, and there were no dogs barking, so it was quiet. Affinity has an exam room for just cats, so kitties arent picking up dog smalls and getting scared. But the coolest thing? In the cat exam room, there are a couple of plush cat beds. The tech put my cat into one of the beds and just petted her for a few minutes to help her calm down. Ive never seen that done, but I was pleased to see the attention and care that was given to my cat. The cats are not forced or pulled out of the bed for their exam, and both of my cats have been carried in the bed when taken for lab draws. Everyone at Affinity is professional but warm, and accessible. My phone calls and emails have always been returned in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend giving Affinity a chance to care for your critters. Im happy I took a chance and took my cats there. And even though my cats still dont like going to the vet, I can see that theyre calmer than when theyve been in other vet offices.
