I despise doctors that use their job to put their patients in a position to rely on them, sadly I was a victim to it in my most vulnerable of times. I had been going to this office for almost 3 years because I had a pretty bad case of cystic/nodulocystic acne starting in my early 20s. I had huge acne welts all over my forehead causing me physical pain, serious social anxiety, and confidence issues. Before I decided to start seeing a dermatologist I had tried clearasil, proactive, and various benzoil peroxide products that people swore by, but nothing worked. They prescribed me various creams, washes, and spot treatments, but the only thing they ever gave me that had truly helped was monodox (an oral antibiotic) once my acne was cleared up using the antibiotics, they should have weened me off them, but they did not. Every time I returned I told the doctor I didnt want to keep taking the pills and he kept trying to give me different prescriptions instead. This lasted for over 2 years and the antibiotics took a toll on my immune system, add high stress levels to the mix, I ended up contracting shingles which was by far the most painful thing I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I decided I needed to get off these meds with or without their help. I was looking for natural remedies and a friend had suggested tea tree oil as a spot treatment which worked wonders. I had mentioned my use of tea tree oil to the doctor at my next visit and I told him how successful it was and he ignored me entirely, as if I sat there silent and told him nothing. Never in my life have I felt so unimportant to someone who was supposed to help me. I had to ween myself off the meds myself without their help and I never returned there again. I wash my face twice daily with a sulfur wash and use tea tree oil as a spot treatment, they may have initially cured me of acne with the antibiotics, but they are con artists and just wanted me to keep coming back and giving me scripts when there was no longer an issue. worst experience Ive had with a doctors office in my entire life

If you have a high deductible plan, do not go here. They outsource their billing to a company in India. I paid the bill at once and received a receipt back with a charge to my credit card that was higher than the bill. The next day I received another bill saying I never paid the first bill. After calling up the billing company they asked me to send copies of the receipt and the original bill and they said they would be back to me shortly. I emailed them the receipt and the bill within the hour of their request. Several days later, I had not heard anything so I called them back. The people told me that the process had to go through another department, which would take a few days. I decided to call the doctors office directly to have this problem expedited. I was told that it would be taken care of and I will hear back from them. I never heard back from the doctors office or the Indian billing company. However, a few weeks later I got another bill saying that the original bill was never paid! After speaking with a respresentative from the Indian billing company and his supervisor, they said they will have to get back to me tomorrow. We will see if that is true or not. Oh yeah, this was for an appointment that I had to reschedule becuase when I showed up for my first appointment the doctor was on vacation. They rescheduled, but did not call the correct phone number so I never knew it was rescheduled.

I have been to see Dr. Park at this location on several different occasions. First for a total body check and then for surgery to remove a cancerous growth. The entire experience for me was positive. I dont know who bothered to check out the fashion statements made by the staff but I noticed nothing offensive or unprofessional about anyones attire. On all 4 occasions I was seen within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. I wanted to make use of the free Keurig machine in the lobby but I didnt have time!! Dr. Park herself is the friendliest, most down to earth Doctor Ive met in a long time. She spent a long time on the phone when the initial results came back with the scary cancer diagnosis. She herself called me directly, not the staff, and walked me though, over the phone, what my next steps needed to be. She even scheduled my surgical appointment. The office staff were very friendly although I admit very busy. The office itself is brand new, stylish, bright , modern and clean. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Jennifer Villasenor-Park this afternoon. Since it was my first appointment, I arrived a half hour early to fill out the new patient paperwork, and to insure I was not late for the Doctor. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour waiting for my appointment, while all the other patients waited 10-15 minutes at best for their appointment. I asked the receptionist twice if I was on the schedule, and what is the hold up? There was no answer except "Im sorry". After an hour, I cancelled my appointment, and asked for my check back. I am SO mad that I took a half day from work to meet with this Doctor after being recommended only to be treated like that. I absolutely despise Doctors that think only they matter, and dont have the decency to apologize to the patient and state 1. there was an emergency, 2. do you want to reschedule at no charge, 3. I realize you time is as important as my time.

Had a biopsy done on March 22. Stopped in one week later for results. Staff told me only doctor could tell me and he wasnt in. Called a few days later. Was told doctor would call me. No call. Called a week later and was told doctor was with patients and would call me. No call. Finally asked my primary physicians office to call Dr. Richard Wortzel and get my results. The staff at Wortzels office was rude, unprofessional and had a major attitude. The staff was dressed in street clothes, dark ragged jeans and dirty sneakers. The office did not have a sanitary or clean appearance as you would expect from a physicians office. Would not recommend any doctor in this practice to anyone, even if their services were free.

I have an appt this week and truly hope I experience positive results. Do the doctors READ these reviews or respond or care? I would publicly address these concerns with patient and staff members who presented the negative impression. It is up to office Mgr to inform physicians of this feedback and also as an office representing a high caliber university health system, the staff should be professional, caring and expert in patient care- regardless of insurance status. Why am India billing company? This is absurd with all the unemployment in PA!!!

Any doctor and staff that dresses in black from head to toe has something wrong with them. Staff had ragged hems on black jeans, black sneakers, black shirt and when Dr.Ondik appeared all in black, I wasnt sure if he was in disguise as "Dr.Death," a vampire or an undertaker. He never bothered to remove my sutures. Just had a staff member do it. Was she qualified? No ID, no Name, no credentials i.e., RN, LPN, etc. Billed me for physician services and he never touched me at that visit or came into the room I was in.
