This office is extremely unprofessional. They especially dont have a sense of compassion towards childrens emotions; that is extremely unfortunate being that I am sure a lot of adolescents seek the care of a Dermatologist that understands the issues of being a teenager. If you schedule an appointment with this office make sure you know if your seeing Dr. Buck or a PA because they dont tell you. The experience in this office was lacking tremendously on so many levels. The PA really didnt know anything and didnt want to listen to concerns. They make you feel rushed and as if you are wasting their time. The office manager is less than desirable to put it nicely and probably shouldnt be in the job shes in. Dr. Buck comes across as kind and caring, but you later find out that is not the case. You will hear more about her own personal life, struggles, and botox "which is why she became a dermatologist, because that is expensive" than she actually wants to hear about your own concerns and the reason for your visit. She stated "when a client is unhappy I cry, I literally cry, so its my job to make sure everyone is pleased" . It seemed as though in the end all was well, however upon calling the office to ask a question even when we made a follow-up appointment for 4 weeks, it was stated that services would no longer provided and all appointments would be cancelled and that a letter was sent in the mail explaining that. Of course this is all after I spent money on the products that Dr. Buck has privately labeled (branded) that are sold in her office that would supposedly help my child. The products even have her photo on them. Just one more tid bit of info....it is very amusing that the staff are trained to inform patients that even one session of tanning is over-exposure, but Dr. Buck and her manager both appear to have slept many a night in a tanning booth. We ended up at Accent Dermatology in Medford and they are kind and wonderful. Truly show compassion and care for their patients. I would really recommend seeking alternate care. If 0 stars were an option for Dr. Buck that is exactly what I would give after the phone call today. I will never recommend this practice! Just want to add there is obviously a reason that this is the only Dermatology office that you can get an appointment at within days and not weeks to months. That in itself should have been a red flag for me, unfortunately I was just to eager to try to get my child help.

Just a quick follow up to the prior negative review. It is very interesting that after posting a negative review (the 1st review posted for this visit) Dr. Buck quickly reviewed her own business, then quickly had friends review the business with positive reviews. Just to be clear we were there on a Wednesday and my child was given topical products and an oral antibiotic. Upon him having a severe allergic reaction to something that was given (we dont know which because there were multiple samples plus the products we purchased), upon calling on Friday morning to ask questions and inform the allergic reaction I was placed on hold for a very long time to then be told the office manager was not in. When I stated that I did not need the office manager I needed to speak to Dr. Buck it was stated to me that she would not speak to me. This is someone that has regard or care for patients? Are you kidding me? My childs skin still looks as though it has been burned. Now we have been trying to fix that problem with the assistance of a real Dermatologist. Keep having your friends place positive reviews to push the negative down. People are not stupid and can obviously see that they have all been placed in the last week. Very sad attempt to run a business and rectify a negative real review! Pathetic!!!

I have been a patient at Burlington County Dermatology for some time now, as have several members of my family. As a patient, I have consistently received exceptional care and customer service at this practice. Dr. Buck is a very attentive, intelligent, and generous provider, who always ensures her patients come first. Her staff is incredibly courteous, knowledgable, and always professional. I also recently had the pleasure of meeting her physician’s assistant, whom I was also impressed with, as she embodies the same characteristics that I appreciate in Dr. Buck. I am always given the option to be seen by either Dr. Buck, or her PA. I would take the negative reviews posted here with a large grain of salt. There is a reason Dr. Buck has been in practice for over 20 years in this area, and it is because she and her staff are wonderful at what they do.

Burlington County Dermatology saved my health! I have been a patient of Dr. Andrea Buck’s practice for over 20 years. Six of my relatives are also patients and we are extremely happy. I feel like I can trust Dr. Buck with my health. She will make time to treat your problem and follow up to ensure your well-being. You will always receive exceptional care. The staff is Professional and ensures the patient come first. I have always been given the option to be seen by either Dr. Buck, or her PA. Recently had the pleasure of meeting her physician’s assistant, whom I was very impressed with. I honestly could not be happier with my experience with Dr. Buck and The staff at Burlington County Dermatology. Thank you !

Dr. Buck is the best. I have been a patient for almost 15 years - along with my entire family - my parents - and we have always had exceptional care and attention. Most importantly - she was so attentive to all the members of my family - from young children to my older, aging parents - which I appreciated tremendously because she made everyone feel important. I remember calling Dr. Buck crying after I had my second child - as I had an allergic reaction to something - and she was my savior. I can not say enough about Dr. Buck and her staff. Her Office Manager Dawn is fantastic - and I refer people to Dr. Buck all the time - and everyone has expressed the same opinion about her - that she is awesome.

This was my first visit to Dr.Buck. I randomly picked her because of my network, and location, and need for a dermatologist. I was extremely happy with my choice. The staff was friendly and courteous even though I was 15min late for my appointment. We all know how so many receptionists can treat you when your late. When I met Dr. Buck ,I was immediately impressed with her personality and approach to my issues. She really made me feel very comfortable, and explained everything I needed to know in terms and language I understand. Its really a risky choice picking a new doctor, but I feel as though I hit the lottery with Dr.Buck.

I have been coming to Dr. Buck for the past couple months after noticing some moles I was concerned about. With no pain I was able to get them tested and removed and Dr. Buck was able to remove some precancerous moles and make my worries go away! She has the "eye" and knows exactly what needs to go and ones I dont need to worry about! Thank you Dr. Buck and your staff for being so kind and professional! My family has been seeing her for years and I strongly recommend anyone with skin concerns to make an appointment. Not only will she take care of your worries but the staff is so welcoming and nice!
