As soon as I walked in the place, it immediately reeked of alcohol and cigarettes. Alcohol and cigarettes! Apparently it shares office space with another medical facility. There were men in the waiting room that looked like they hadnt bathed in weeks. As soon as I walked in, I knew that I wasnt going back. I stayed for the appointment because I wanted to ensure everything was ok with my baby. I sat down and in less than 15 mins I was called in by a nurse. Very sweet and professional. Probably the only experience I enjoyed. Parking is horrible. Getting to the suite is mission impossible. As soon as I got home I called the practice from my previous pregnancy. I only came here after I fell in love with an ER doctor and she told me she works out of this office. Remove the men that look like they all relapsed from AAA treatment and maybe Ill consider going back.

I feel bad complaining because the doctor actually was nice and knowledgeable. However, this is my first pregnancy and seeing that most of the time you deal with nursing staff, they are my problem. I called twice for questions I wanted answered and both time was referred to a 1-800 # thanks but no thanks I can Google my damn self. I want answers from my doctors, not to mention when I questioned a nurse on Zika one of the most influential diseases for pregnant woman she gave me incorrect information. I then had to contact the cdc because I was more educated and knew more than she did and she was condescending and rude when I was 100%RIGHT. Again I feel bad writing this but seeing as I called and let the office know Id be switching practices and they didnt ask me why or seem to care why wouldnt I?!

Never made it to this practice -- just getting through to their calling service to make/change an appointment was a process. I waited on the line for 15 MINUTES and was told there were 3 people ahead of me, then 2, then 1, then went back to 2 ahead of me, and then the line disconnected. I waited almost another 10 minutes when I called back, and then spoke with someone in a call center to make the appointment. The appointment availability and flexibility among their locations was pretty limited. I then called another practice in the area and had a much easier time getting an appointment that was convenient. I couldnt imagine having a medical concern and having to wait through their calling queue.

Ive given this practice chance after chance and yet I still remain disappointed. If you are high risk or have medical conditions this place is not for you. Whenever there is an issue or concern you can never reach the doctor. They are a very reactive practice and only want to "help" once something goes wrong. The receptionists are extremely rude and try to answer questions as if they are the doctors or a nurse. If you are lucky enough to speak with a nurse they often brush you off as if you are crazy. I gave them a second chance hoping that a different doctor would make my experience better but it hasnt. For my safety I will be joining a new practice.

I absolutely love this place. The doctors and nurses are so nice. They work with your schedule and make sure you have a good experience. Doctor Pizarello is simply the best. She is so sweet and makes your visits quick, simple, and straight to the point. I cant say enough good things about this center. Ive been with them for 3 years now. The nurses call you right away with test results. The lab and ultrasound is right there, so you can conveniently schedule your testings with your OB appointments. Overall awesome place with awesome staff!

Thankfully my Dr is great! One huge problem is the rude staff. I needed to get results from testing I did and the nurse Lisa (I believe was her name) calls me and says "What is it you need" I was confused why she was calling seeing as I called to get results a week prior. I answered and said excuse me? She was very rude and said "you keep calling, I gave you your results already, if we were to give everyone their results thru the phone wed be on the phone all day". I was appauled. There are other issues which is why I gave it 1 star.

I have been now sitting here for over an hour waiting for them md. The only reason I have not left is because this is an ob appointment and my babys health comes first. No apology no explainations of the delay, nothing. Im sorry but if you guys charge for no shows, there should be repercussions for lateness. Extremely unprofessional.

My experience at Center for OB & GYN was great. The moment I walked in the door I felt at ease with the welcoming environment they provide. The providers take the time to get to know you. I didn’t feel rushed and leaving with all my questions answered was a relief. I recommend Center for OB & GYN to all my family and friends.

Aboslutly horrible service. Do not go to this center of OBGYN. They need better customer service skills. They were charging me 25.00 for a missed appointment I called to cancel and would do nothing to waive it. Ive never even been in the office or signed an agreement form for them to do that. Just horrible service.

They took care of our every pregnancy need before and after the birth of our baby. Outstanding staff all the way around. They are a very busy practice so there are delays at times, but my number one concern was the care and health of my baby and myself, and they were top notch as far as that was concerned!

The nurses and doctor are so helpful and sweet. They are understanding and good at what they do... its just really too bad that none of them know how to answer phones (Im almost always on hold for 30 minutes or more) and the wait to actually get put in a room during your appointment is on the long side.

Love center for OBGYN have been coming for over 5 years. My doctor is great, staff is great. I never have had to wait to get in a room or on the phone. Not sure what the one star ratings are about. I have nothing but good things to say.

My husband and I want to start a family and Im trying to find a new doctor. I called to see if they were accepting new patients and the woman on the phone was extremely rude. I would never consider this place again.

I can never get a yearly appointment. They are always booked out when you call. My appointments are usually 20 months apart. Then when u get an appointment they are usually an hour late or more

This practice is horrible. I have given them so many chances and it really has always been a bad experience, from my exams to the front desk. All around-BAD. I would NEVER recommend them.
