Midwife Review: I made two best decisions with my second pregnancy; going with a midwife and Choosing Nannette Landry. Instantly I saw a difference in my appointments. Nannette has excellent bedside manners, very compassionate, gives importance to every question and shares a lot of information from diet to supplements and doesn’t rush your appointment. My goal was to have a natural, med free birth for my son. When I went into labor it was anything but usual. Nannette was not scheduled to work the day I went into labor, she stopped by the hospital to check on me and ended up staying for over 6hours until I had my son. Without her expertise I would not have had a natural birth for my son. She made me go into positions to help my stalled progress. When my fear took over and I lost my confidence she was by my side holding hands and easing my fears. Her belief in me made me believe in myself. When I could sense tension in the staff around me my only hope was her upbeat and positive attitude. Nannette was a blessing in disguise. She has seen countless births yet she is very passionate about her work and patients that she made my day as important to her as it was for me. In this time and age I have never seen anyone go above and beyond their working hours like Nannette did! Everyone spoke so highly of her in the office and assured me I was in good hands and they were all right about her. She is an asset to Crown OBGYN and South Shore Hospital.

I have seen most of the providers through two high risk pregnancies. They take the time to sit down and talk to you about what is going on and follow up on issues. Dr. Wessman and Jaime are the BEST!
