If I could give this place a negative star I would. I called ahead to set an appointment and I specifically asked for a ultrasound to reveal the gender of my baby. I was a transfer so all my tests were already done from a previous practice. They confirmed not once but twice that I would have this done. I get to the second appointment and the nurses aid tells me I wont get one. The nurse also confirmed the same thing. They want you to keep going back and forth so you can pay every visit. Then they tell you what you want to hear and try to act like you are the one that heard it incorrectly when they go back on their word. The practice in Ga handled all paperwork, blood work and an ultrasound in the first visit. Either this practice does not know what they are doing or they are money hungry and just want to keep stretching out every visit to get that copay. I will be reporting this practice, I work underneath a law firm, Ill be talking with them as well.

Dr. Girard ordered tests that I was never told of or consented to...only found out about them when I received a bill from the lab. Very violating, sneaky and manipulative on their part to take advantage of and upset a PREGNANT woman. I will no longer be part of a practice where I cannot trust my DR, how can you treat a patient that way? What a shame to be so deceitful and dishonest. Additionally, their customer service when you call is nothing more than unfriendly and unhelpful. The ladies are rude and it took 2 weeks for them to call me back with an appointment. They are also not very pleasant in person either. My first ultrasound should have been a positive memory that I would never forget. Instead all I remember is a cranky old lady standing there violating me. I do not recommend going here. I will never be stepping foot in that office again. Please find an alternate DR and save yourself the trouble of going there.

Its very sad to see so many bad reviews. I have been with this office for probably 6- 7 years now and I cant say a single bad thing about them. My doctor is Dr. E. Girard and she is the most professional and educated medical doctor I met in the USA. I had big issues in the past and got to meet so many bad doctors who have "big" diplomas on the walls but are clueless of what they are doing or continue adapting old methods that had been proven ineffective and do not admit they cant help or ignore what patient is saying. Office staff always friendly, helpful, calling back if necessary. They took wonderful care of me during the pregnancy and Dr. Girard made my complicated delivery pretty easy. Every medical procedure was discussed with me and explained to me. Nobody ever performed any unnecessary tests other than is required for routine check ups or for diagnostic purposes.

Excellent, solid group of clinicians that are kind, compassionate and thorough. I became suddenly critically ill with pre-eclampsia and required emergent delivery and management of my blood pressure. They didnt miss a beat. As a physician myself, I would recommend this group and know I was treated appropriately. I can further say as a first-time mom, who had fears and insecurities like anyone else, that I was treated gently and thoughtfully. They were incredibly helpful supporting me before and after delivery, closely coordinating with my MFM specialist and endocrinologist. My priority for my pregnancy was to have healthy twins and a safe delivery. I was grateful to place my care in competent hands that could handle fully my complicated case. If this is also your priority, Thameside has what it takes.

I liked this group for basic care, and pre-labor care. However, the times Ive needed them, and left messages, such as being in labor, or having a miscarriage.. they have not been there. Having recently had my first, and hopefully only miscarriage, I called for 3 hours, leaving a message with the answering service, and then being told twice by the receptionist that they would call me right back. No one ever did! Even when a doctor cant do something for you, they should be there to answer questions and guide you during a new, or hard experience.

they are no saying that they refuse to work with patients that want to have a professional doula accompany them to their deliveries. This means they are thumbing their noses at women who could benefit from the presence of a doula...especially those women whos husbands are deployed protecting their freedom, and these doctors freedoms. Shame on you!

Dr. Girard is an awful person and DR. She is rude, disrespectful and lied to my husband and myself. She wrote false information in my file and lied about it to my husband and myself. She is incompetent and judgemental. FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR IF YOU WANT TO BE HAPPY...DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE PLEASE!!!!!
