I took my puppy there for his 3rd set of booster shots. The staff was friendly and the tech and actual vet were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The vet and her assistant were very kind and gentle with my puppy (3lb yorkie) when actually having to hold him still and administering the shot. Afterwards (and upon initial arrival) he was offered treats. First dose of flea/heartworm/combo dose was free and they discussed preventative plan and best meds in detail. Office visit and overall cost was reasonable. Im very satisfied and will be returning. They even let me snap a few pics! Super positive first experience!

When my fur-baby (chihuahua) got sick and I brought her to them, they kept her for a few hours, cost me a few hundred dollars, then a day or so later she was sick again with the same thing. I called the vet about an hour or two before they were closing but the main vet was gone and they told me if they called her back in it would be an extra $175 on top of whatever the treatment was. (They said they couldnt do anything for her unless the head vet was there) I feel like they could have done something especially since it was the same problem as before.
