They are the best in town..... I can say this without a doubt that from talking with them on the phone to an office visit this is definitely the place in Florence to go if you want to give your animal the best care possible. I find it amazing that with service that great there costs can still manage to be so reasonable. I was extremely delighted to find such quality of service and concern for my pet that i could worry just a little less as knowing that it was definitely in the most capable hands.

Dr. Anderson has saved my canarys life on two different occasions. The prices were extremely reasonable, her diagnosiss and treatments were spot on, and the entire staff was a joy to work with. I am planning not only to take my birds there but am also going to transfer the care of my dogs to this wonderful practice. You can tell when veterinarians treat your pets for the love of animals. Of course, everyone has to make a living, you just dont have to make a killing!

Great people. Great practice. Ive had the pleasure of working with the staff and vets of the clinic a couple times when visiting Florence. They are always very courteous and caring and able to squeeze me in. The problems my dogs have been there for havent been major, but theyve been really uncomfortable. Much better to get them resolved before getting them into the car for a daylong trip back home. Thanks to Drs. Chuck and Sylvia and all the staff there!

BRAINLESS RECEPTIONIST REFUSED TO LET MY DOG COME IN. WE JUST MOVED HERE. Have my dogs records with me. One of my boys has just come down with a SERIOUS eye infection during the move. I tried to make an appt.-THE EYE IS INFECTED AND NEEDS ANTIBIOTICS. She CURTLY told me the FIRST APPT AVAIL IS THURSDAY. THEN the brainless RECEPTIONIST TRIED TO REFER ME TO ANOTHER VET. WELCOME TO FLORENCE!!

First got in contact with WVC last week after I adopted my pet and the were helpful from the beginning! They gave us tips on how to raise my puppies. My pup had his first visit today and the staff was friendly and the Dr was super nice and funny. She gave us more tips on how to raise our puppy and the price was very Reasonable. I will be back again!!!!

Dr. Anderson is awesome. She fixed a problem for my cat that another vet had not been able to. She took the time to read his entire medical record and talked to me about how to look after my elderly cat. And she cuddled him afterward to make up for the treatment. I wish I lived in Florence just to have her for my regular vet.

Just took my 3 dogs for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Hewitt really understood how to manage different breeds of dog and took the time to try and make a connection with all of my dogs. Very pleased with how friendly and compassionate everyone was. Will definitely be coming here for a long time!

I love all of the vets in this office and the other employees just as much! They have so much love for not only the animals they see but the owners of the animals. If you are new to Florence or looking for new vet around town you would be doing yourself and your pet a disservice for not using this clinic.

great vet! best one Ive been to. my parents took their pets there and i was lucky enough to be able to take my pets there as well. sometimes they have a very busy schedule and they always take existing patients first so you should always call and make appointments.

They are very caring and warm people. I know I can call there and tell them whats going on with one of my dogs and they give me honest advice. Sometimes, they even suggest things dont require me to bring them in.
