I had an appointment for July 14, 2015 at 11.00. I called the office two days in advanced and told them I would be there. My appointment was with Kumar. The secretary failed to make a note that I had called. I can not have a cell phone on my job and when I got to check my messages kumars office had left a message saying if I did not respond the appointment would be cancelled. I called back before 5.00 and could not get office and answering service picked up. She said she would call them. I started out on my way from Ware Shoals to Greenville and got a call that the appointment had been cancelled. I was not given a change to call back. I was working and can not have phone on my job. The secretary said that she did not remember talking to me. This is a very sorry way to run an office. I would not make another appointment because of the way I was treated. Staff was very rude. BEWARE!!!!!

The guy that stated that they cherry pick their patients is so on the mark. I called and it was like I was being interviewed to see if they wanted me as a patient. Two weeks later a lady named Suzette, who is supposedly the new patient coordinator, left a message on my answering machine that they were not accepting new patients. Their website lists "accepting new patients" under almost every doctors name. It makes you wonder if the physicians really know how their practice is being managed. This leaves me with the impression that they are definitely not in this to give the best care to their patients. This gives me the impression that they are only in this for the money and only want patients who they can run through like cattle as quickly as possible instead of assisting those with true health needs. I am sad to see that a group of physicians "hand pick" their patients.

I work in healthcare myself and know what you can and can not say to a patient. With that being said after diagnosing a patient with cancer you should NOT refer the patient to the internet after being asked a question. Also when you do a biopsy and you receive the results you are suppose to call the patient and bring them in as soon as possible. That was not done and I waited 10 days to be told Well I am really surprised because I did not expect it to be cancer". These are the reasons I do not recommend Dr. Rahmani.

I have been on hold for over 15 minutes for someone at the front desk to answer the phone. I have an appointment and need to rescheldule. There is no way to reach an actual person to change and/or speack to a nurse unless you need to make billing arrangements. The phone service for this facility is lousy. Once you get in - the service is better but getting through the phone lines takes a real miracle and LOTS of PATIENCE!!!!

Dr. Mojhan was in such a hurry that made me feel like she did not care, then changed all my insulin amounts and of course my sugar was so high that I tryed to reach the office soooooo many times and neither the nurse or the secretary responded my messages, I was not calling to bother it was serious and they just are to busy for your health. They should have less patients but better service and care :(

Ive been going to IMA for almost 6 years now and I love it! I see Dr Rahmani and Sheri. They have helped me so much and I was a handful! Even though Dr Rahmani does seem busy she always slows down if I need more time. Ive never had a problem getting anyone on the phone or getting a phone call in return. I usually use the 3rd floor lab but both labs are quick.

I was on hold for 15 mins for try to get my mom in and when the operator picked up the phone she hung up on me. now it looks like I have to wait another 15 mins or maybe more to get a hold of someone. It will be easier to take my mom to the hospital than to have to deal with the bull crap of waiting on the phone for another 15 mins.

Ive been trying for 2 days to get in touch with IMA. I was on hold the first time for 30 minutes. The second time for 20 minutes. And now Ive been on hold for 5 minutes. I have a job...and I cant spend hours waiting on hold just to speak with my doctors office! Im considering switching so I can have better customer service.

Clean, modern office. Dr. Koontz is very friendly and approachable. They have on site X-ray, labs and a pharmacy which is nice because you would rarely have to go anywhere else unless you get referred to a specialist. Only downside is their popularity means often waiting months for a new patient appointment

The Doctors and nurses are great. The problem is contacting them. The people that work the phones hardly ever pick up. I always have to call back and have to wait a long time for someone to pick up. I am considering finding a new doctor because this problem, this has been a problem for a long while.

I have always had great service from all the doctors I have seen at Internal Medicine. They are a great group. The customer service has always been good. Yes, they are busy, but it has been a rare occurrence for me to be on hold for long. Thanks to the doctors and staff at Internal Medicine!!!

Absolutely love IMA. Dr. Brownlee is the best! The check-in and check-out process is the most efficient that Ive ever seen at a practice. They have in-house radiology and lab that is very convenient. Every physician Ive seen here has been very thorough.

Appointment line is ridiculous. Call three times on the appointment line in one day waited 20 minute each time totally on acceptable. Thinking of switching physicians offices just because of this problem.
