no vaya a esa oficina hoy pase una decepcion ya que no tenia el dinero para unos papeles que queria que me llenaran y no es que noqueria pagar sino que no tenia el dinero hoy sino manana. ayer le deje un mensaje ya que me tuve que ir de mi trabajo por que no me siento bien. tengo fibromalagia y migrana frecuente, hoy me dijeron que el dr dijo que me buscara otro dr eso me ha dolido mucho ya que no creia lo que la gente me decia, pero ahorralo eniendo. Pero hay un DIOS en el cielo. Y que DIOS lo perdone por lo que me ha hecho.

this office does not understand the insurance bill procedures, maybe because everyone there is Spanish and dont understand or read the English language. I was getting over charged for my visit every time I went there which Im not even suppose to pay a deductible cause the doctor is in network, After showing them proof that I have a HRA account showed them where it says I dont pay a deductible they still wouldnt work with me I guess they only care about the money and not the patient. Very sad cause the doctor was good its the people that are handling the billing portion of the practice. if youre ready to over pay for your doctor visit every time you have to see the doctor this is the place for you. BTW I received a letter from them stating that they will no longer see me as a patient because I told them I will go some where else so they had time to type a letter but they havent refunded me the money they owe me unprofessional very disappointed with them.

This office is so unprofessional!!! Between scheduling and billing/insurance, they have no knowledge of what they are doing. Then I ask to speak to the person who is responsible for billing they would not give me a name or a phone number since they were a "Third Party" which is a lie! The person was sitting in the back room and didnt want to be confronted about the illegal things they were doing with this insurance. Think twice unless youd liked to be robbed.I wouldnt even give them 1 star.

Do not go to Dr. Garcia. He spends most of his time telling you stories about his life, rather than treating you as a patient. He is more concerned about liability and getting sued, than to assist the patient with medical needs. Dr. Garcia doesnt know how to diagnose a problem. He rather prescribe medications, then to treat the patient. If you need a referral he is there to refer his buddies, then doctors that actually know what they are doing.

Dr. Garcia is an excellent physician who takes the time necessary to understand his patients ailments and provide the proper diagnosis and care. Im not sure why others have complained about billing issues because any billing questions/issues I have had were taken care of by his staff promptly and professionally. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Garcia again!

Dr. Garcia is a physician who cares about the patient first and is very ethical when it comes to treating patients. He takes a personal approach and his office staff was very professional and helpful. His staff spoke both, fluent English and Spanish.
