This doctor barely speaks English. Communicating with him is almost impossible. After 3 visits I had enough! He doesnt understand what you are saying and vice-versa. The last straw for me was when he wrote out the wrong Rx for me because he could not understand what I was asking for. To make things worse, when I informed him of his mistake (which cost me $65 because it wasnt until after I got the Rx filled did I find out he wrote out the wrong Rx), he got mad at me! He refused to admit he made a mistake or even discuss making me whole for his mistake! A doctor should be able to understand and comprehend his patients needs and have the intestinal fortitude to admit when he is wrong.
