Premier Paver Restoration

Many of Our Family and Employees Go to Dr. Vasta, He is by far the best, most caring Dr. we have ever been to. Never Rushed, always takes his time with us even when he may be busy. If you are having to wait to see him please dont hold that against him, you would want the same care that he is giving the person ahead of you, you dont complain when its you that he is spending his time on or holding up other pts. He is very knowledgeable, if he doesnt know the answer he always takes the time to figure it out. After seeing 3 other doctors for a back injury Dr. Vasta has spend almost one year on rehabilitating my back, and spend countless hours talking with me even answering my phone call on his personal cell over a holiday weekend to help me. When other Doctors (Back Specialists) gave up after just a couple visits . So as for the above statements that he rushes people or is put out by them I am calling BS and i can vouch for that myself. I would refer any one to him. There are very few things in life that we like everything about, but i will say to be able to have Dr. Vasta as our Dr, these other issues people have like phone and waiting, and not prescribing controlled substances all seem like things i can put up with!!! HORRIBLE STAFF - HORRIBLE DOCTOR Extremely long wait times Never calls patients OR pharmacies back Pre authorizations for medications take up to a month to be sent to the Ins. Company TWO different pharmacies ( Walgreens and CVS) told me this is the worst doctor they work with Ive been a patient here for 2 years and keep giving them chances because I didnt want to switch offices but it isnt worth the aggrivation and waste of time. Even the office staff is rude! Denise the office manager actually laughed in my face when I asked to wait for a prescription, AFTER SHE TOLD ME I COULD WAIT UNTIL 5. Its clean and its in trinity, but those are the ONLY thing this place has going for it. The entire practice is a joke, I really dont understand how they even stay in business. Pam Maxi is the only compitant person i have met that office. She actually is a very good and thorough doctor. I hope she finds her way out for good before Jeffrey Vastas "practice" ruins her medical career along with his own.

I highly do not recommend this doctor!! He is always late for his appointments and doesnt have a care in the world about being late. Once you get back to see him you feel rushed. His office staff is rude & will tell you he is not running late...they just lie to your face and dont feel bad about it. Dr. Vasta will not even get on the phone with you...I guess he is too good for his patients but not our money! I will not go back to him and will not refer him to anyone!

I admit to sometimes waiting past appointment time. Hey, doctors can get emergency calls. When he sees me, I never feel rushed, he listens well and explains well. He has an efficient, cheery, thorough manner. And one time he saved my butt with a timely diagnosis of a mystery, having ordered an additional test for a rare condition: I went straight into ICU and recovered completely. Ive been seeing him for about 20 years and intend to stay with him.

I have been going to Dr. Vasta for many years. On mondays are the worst for an appointment.But,if I need to get in. They will squeeze me in. I might have to wait a little longer. But, thats ok with me. He listens to you,his staff is great. Pam is very nice and listens to you. Checking is easy. I highly recommend Dr. Vasta.

Dr Vasta has been my dr for many years. I stick with him for that reason and also because for the most part he is very compassionate, smart. He is the Dr and he does let you know that. Long waits and I am sorry to see others complain of the same thing. I feel the Dr should talk to the drug reps on HIS time, not mine.

Front desk receptionist is very rude. The office staff must be either extremely lazy or understaffed. Dont expect to get the right prescription if you can even get one filled because they mess everything up!
