I havent had the issues others are having with cancellations. That being said, Dr. Chambers is my favorite doctor I have ever seen and I cant imagine finding another doctor like her. She always takes her time to talk with me during a visit, which makes me feel like she is taking the full scope of my life into account when making decisions about my health, as well as being genuinely interested. She listens to every health concern I have and every time I walk out of my appointment less worried and with an answer or some plan of action. Shes always kind and the staff has been nothing but nice to me as well. I always rave about Dr. Chambers to anyone who ever asks about a referral for a doctor, and I dont see myself stopping anytime soon. -Tyler (I also dont know why it says Tampa, I see her in Wesley Chapel)

Terrible office staff. Even though I was a patient of this physician at a different location I had to book an appointment as a new patient which was months out. I had previously really liked Dr. Chambers so I decided to wait. Once my appointment finally got closer it was cancelled on me TWICE. The second time it was cancelled and not rescheduled and they said they would call to reschedule. I received a automated message from them confirming an appointment date and time. I arrived for this appointment to be told that was sent in error and I cannot be seen at this time. Ridiculous way to treat people.

Experience with Dr. Chambers and the staff inside is Aplus. But yeah i have been cancelled several times thru the ladt 2 years, to sometimes be offered a later day appointment or see the nurse. And the lady in front is very impersonal, doesnt even make eye contact or show any basic customer service skills. Very disapointed, was very happy with Ally. Im also following her from her previous place.

Dr. Chambers is extremely knowledgeable, professional and has an excellent bedside manner. I like how she offers solutions to help you manage your health. She is always so positive and encouraging. I appreciate her good advice!
