This ENT seemingly does not care at all about the patient or their needs. It is impossible to make an appointment and they really do not seem affected by your discomfort, working hours or wellness. They (Priscilla) seemed happier transferring our familys charts than making an appointment for us. We were actually told that we should maybe just try a "primary care" physician if we needed to get an appointment soon. WOW! Although I am happy that the Gwozdz family is doing well enough financially to happily let patients suffer it is very disheartening these are our "care" providers.

I wouldnt! After being a patient for several years one would think they would try and work with you. I called to get an appointment for an emergency with our son and they couldnt work him in for 3 days! As it turns out, it just isnt worth it to have to deal with the school like office hours, unsympathetic staff and poor office accommodations. I called another ENT instead of the pediatrician for his ear tube issues and it turns out Dr. Gwozdzs office actually did my family a favor; we found more affordable care with nicer staff and accommodations.

I had a really bad right ear and called and they worked me in immediately. Dr. Gwozdzs staff is excellent and accomodating. Dr. Gwozdz is an excellent physician, very caring, advised treatment for my ear and it was healed within the week. Thanks so much for such an excellent experience and physician!

I had an appointment on April 4, 2017 and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was pleasant and professional. The audiologist was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Dr. Gwozdz was thorough and explained things well. I would recommend her.
