I cant believe you would treat an employee of 20 years so bad. She ran your office, did not miss one day in 20 years and took her vacations when you took yours and the day after her surgery you wanted to know when she would be back to work. The 2 days out of the hospital after 2 brain surgeries you have an employee text her and tell her you had hired 2 people to replace her and she is fired. She earned 1 week vacation pay and was supposed to be on vacation next week and you will not pay her for that. Who does that? My husband and I were your patients but no more you fired us when you fired her. Shame on you!

This Dr. has no consideration for the 1 employee that ran the office herself. This man told Dawn that she would be paid after 2 brain surgeries, as the Doctors say she is a complete Miracle to of lived through and come out of it with everything working again. Memory etc. Dr. Hayes told her she would be paid until she could come back. Instead he hired 2 people to replace her. And then had an associate call to tell her she was fired. This man has NO CONSCIOUS AT ALL. PLEASE JOIN US IN NEVER GOING TO HIS OFFICE. IN SUPPORT OF DAWN WHO IS A WALKING MIRACLE, He has no scruples at all.

This doctor forgot his hypcratic oath, do no harm. His employee of 20 years was hurt in a motor vehicle accident and was out for 2 weeks and he fired her by making the new employee text her. You suck Dr Smith and we plan on letting everyone know.
