Absolutely the best! They actually drove my new glasses out to the airport. While I was down at Myrtle Beach I needed new glasses because one of my lenses had fallen out of my old glasses and was lost. I went to Siegmund the day before my flight back to NY and they were professional, courteous, and fast. Within a half hour I was all done and my new glasses would be in the next morning on the day of my flight. When my glasses didnt come in that morning I thought all was lost. I went to the airport to catch my flight. As soon as I reached the airport I received a call that the glasses had just come in. They then proceeded to drive the glasses out to me at the airport! How great is that?! Unbelievable but true! Now thats awesome and I am a customer for life!

Loved my experience here. Staff were very knowledgable, welcoming, and friendly. Dr. Siegmund was very pleasant and thorough, taking the time to answer all of my questions, as silly as they may have been. Earl was extremely helpful in picking out the right frames and had them ready for me before I left the building! Couldnt be happier with my first experience here and it definitely wont be my last. I strongly recommend Siegmund Eye Care to those in the area looking for a good optometrist.

I brought my 7 year old here on Thursday after getting a letter from my sons school nurse. They fit us right in and called today to tell me his glasses were in already (on Monday). They were all very professional and my son loved the experience. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP SIEGMUND EYE CARE!!!!

Dr. Kelle and her staff were very friendly and welcoming when I came to their office. Dr. Kelle was professional, knowledgeable and down to earth making me feel at ease as I received my eye exam. If you are looking for an optometrist in Myrtle Beach, I highly recommend their office.

I would like to give ZERO if I can. The people there are rude, not responsible. I was try to get the information, but if you dont buy glass from there, they have no patience. They SUCKS!!! I will never go back and dont recommend anyone go there!
