We had just moved to the area and saw Dr. Vaughts ad at the DMV. I was due for a yearly check up, and made an appointment. The staff was very welcoming, and did a very thorough exam. Dr. Vaught reviewed my results, and recommended surgery for the cataracts that my old doctor has been watching for quite some time, which was actually a relief, because even though my vision hadnt changed much in the last several years, I am still having difficulty seeing! We set up an appointment to see the surgeon for the following week, and hopefully I will have my surgery soon. Also, I was quite surprised at the cost of my visit. It was very reasonable considering all the advanced technology and testing that was done. I Cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Voight and his staff, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Myrtle Beach or Conway area. New to South Carolina, Conway.

I will honestly never go back. When I was getting sample contacts, a lady came in with the samples and clicked around on the computer, then took the contacts out of the package and refused to let me put them in myself--I asked twice. She did not wash her hands after using the computer and was wiping the extra moisture off on her scrubs between eyes. That is disgusting. I dont even put my own contacts in without washing my hands (I even told her that), let alone want someone to put their hands in my eyes. I was not pleased. Also, picking out glasses with an associate that wont leave you to chose on your own is awful. Every pair I liked she told me did not look good on my face. Im hoping they will cancel the glasses "I" picked out, because I dont even like the ones we ended up with.

What an enjoyable experience. I have been wearing glasses since I was seven and contacts since I was 15. Ive been through it All. Dr. Dylan was kind, helpful, and full of knowledge. An absolute pleasure! Heather was sweet and caring. Lori, who helped me pick out my new frames, was a gem!!! This was the first time in many years of eye exams and picking out glasses, that I actually left feeling great about myself. Thank you all so much! I am looking forward to my one week check up :)

The staff working here are all wonderful. They are nice and helpful and though it may get busy and stressful a lot, they all handle it very well and do not take their stress out on anyone. They all are easy to talk to and the place is very clean. Ive been getting glasses from here for years and I definitely recommend Vaught Eye Associates to everyone!
