Way past the extra mile and then some...one arm of my glasses fell off - defect, could have happened to anyone. I took them back in to Woldorff, and they were still under warranty - YAY. Challenge: the frames were on back order. Woldorff Super Service Solution: call the frame maker rep in the field, find out they do have a set of my frames, get those frames from the rep, and have my glasses ready in less than 24 hours. I was amazed, pleased, astounded, knocked out, happy and honored. You just dont get that kind of service from everyone. Best part? No charge. Zippity. All that effort from everyone over there and not a dime out of my pocket. 10/10, will visit again!

Im new to the area and did not have an optometrist yet... despite the fact that I was not a current patient, they squeezed me in at the very last minute the day before a holiday weekend for an appointment for an inflamed eye. Very informative, concerned, listened to everything I said, and was very thorough with the exam. Will definitely be coming back here. I think I have found my optometrist in Durham! :)

Kind, informative, patient, and understanding. Great experience with everyone there. Time was taken to answer my questions, and there was a reassuring thoroughness with doing it right. I also really appreciate how the person selling the glasses wasnt pushy but allowed me to make my own decisions. Good place to go for your eyeballs.
