I cant say that I havent had SOME good experiences with this place, but more and more I just feel like my pets and I are just a number to them. The staff at this place needs to understand the importance of giving great customer service to the person they are with AT THAT MOMENT, not the one on the ringing phone, etc. I cant tell you how many times Ive been standing at their front desk being assisted and theyve cut me off/ignored me to answer multiple phone calls while theyre trying to help me too. Just today, I called to make an appointment and was placed on hold TWO different times so they could assist someone else standing in front of them. It just honestly makes you feel worthless as a customer.

I love Banfield, I was visiting from out of town when my pup was injured, Banfield got me in right away and Dr. Cain and her staff took great care of my Buster and help put my own mind at rest! I highly recommend Banfield to anyone who wants top quality veterinarian care!

Dr. Kaylor was very unprofessional. He was disrespectful to me, and did not keep my dogs best interest as a priority. The rest of the staff does an excellent job, but since he is the only veterinarian at this location, we will not be going back.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Extremely compassionate when we had to put one of our dogs to sleep. They handled everything with kindness and allowed us time and privacy with her before and after.
