I took my son because he was having trouble breathing and "Dr." Marwan Al Aswad, MD sent him home misdiagnosed. He looked at his tonsils , which were white and inflamed, and said he had to get his tonsils removed and sent him home with allergy meds. I was supposed to wait 2 weeks for a call from an ENT to remove his tonsils. That night he kept me up all night and could barely breathe. He was sick and miserable all day and he was really struggling to breathe and now he had a fever. I had to call them again and tell them he was worse than the day before. I had to rush him there again. A nurse practitioner saw him and tested him immediately for strep, which this other guy never did. It was negative. Then she tested him for mono, and voila, he was positive. This guy didnt even think about testing him just to make sure it wasnt anything more than just allergies, which it obviously was. I am so upset that he didnt even take the time to look at him. My son had many symptoms of this disease and he didnt even see it, I also told him his butt was itchy and, without looking at him, he prescribed something for pin worm. I cannot say it is the whole practice, but I can definitely tell you to NOT EVER get this doctor.

This is the absolute WORST doctors office ever. Had an appointment yesterday at 2pm Checked in at 1:50pm Didnt get back to a room until 2:45pm Meanwhile 4 other people brought there child in and went back before us Obviously they discriminate against our insurance They only care about the money and NOT the children And to boot they charged my insurance for what me WAITING??? I also spoke with Kim the manager she stated well we cannot control this Wtf do you mean you cant control this?!?! Simply tell the customers and patients you OVERBOOK and they have to wait an hour! The doctor never came in we had to leave after waiting well over 1hour and 30 minutes! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!!! Selfish greedy and money hungry!!!!

My daughter had an appt at 8:30 this morning. We were the only patients in the waiting room and there were no cars in the parking lot. Check in at 8:26 did not go back until 9:08. My daughter was there to get her second shot for an ear infection and the doctor came in a few minutes later around 9:12ish and after he left we waited another 25 for the nurse to come in with the shot. Finally I open the door to see what is taking so long and all of the nurses are standing around talking and our nurse was playing a game on the computer!! Completely unprofessional. These women need to be fired! What could of took us 20 minutes ended up taking over TWO HOURS! We are looking for a new doctor.

Worst office ever. Only giving 2 stars because the doctors are friendly. There is no point making an appointment here because you will be waiting over an hour past your appointment time to be seen. Trying to reach anyone in the office is a joke. My infant had a major emergency, and I tried calling to speak to a nurse DURING BUSINESS HOURS. The automated message gives you an option to press "0" to speak to someone, that just result in being disconnected. 3 times I tried to call before rushing her to the hospital. Leaving a message for the nurse they take over 24 hours to respond half the time. Outrageous. We will be switching to a different office.

We just moved to this area and I was hesitant to take my son here due to the horrible reviews people have submitted lately. I figured Id still give this place a shot since its only minutes from where I live. Today I tried to call to make an appointment at 6:02pm (on a Friday) and they already shut down their phone line, saying they were closed, even though they close at 7:00pm Mon-Fri. Needless to say that they have lost out on a new patient and we will be finding a different pediatrician.

This place great..: the staff is friendly and the doctors know and care whats going on. I am a first time mom and after being dropped by my other pediatrician because of my choice to have my son adjusted by a chiropractor, when my son got sick I didnt know who to go to. I called and they told me to get him there before close so I did. He was seen and we were in Walmart in Conway in an hour. Very happy with the whole experience

Worst experience ever! we waited for two hours for nothing!!! After an hour of waiting they told us they are having issue with the insurance, we sorted the issue with the insurance and after waiting for another hour they told us that they have to reschedule!!! They dont value the time of other people. We left work early just to be on the doctors appointment but just wasted 2 hours for nothing..So bad experience

I love our doctor- Dr. Aswad. We have been to Grand Strand Pediatrics and hated the small little wellness room they stick you in. CPG Pediatrics has nice waiting rooms, the staff is friendly, and the patient areas are very clean.
