Dr. Logan has been my M.D. for 10 months now, and I have never had a doctor that I felt so comfortable with and actually cared for. I am a veteran coming from the horrid VA healthcare system, and Dr. Logans staff worked with me to get the VA billing authorized and then work with me on payments covering what wasnt paid by the VA. His staff are friendly, courteous, prompt, professional, and efficient. They are always able to flex with me on scheduling appointments around my work schedule, and their communication is top notch. Dr. Logan has a fantastic bedside manner, genuinely listens to my concerns and needs, and has helped me solve ongoing care issues that I was struggling with the VA and wasnt even originally seeing him for. When I was pregnant, he voluntarily communicated with my OB/GYN and kept in the loop. When I asked him to fill out the ridiculous paperwork required by Tennessee for disabled veteran license plates, as they would not transfer my Wisconsin plates and status, he filled it out immediately and faxed it back to me within 24 hours. When Tennessee required yet one more form filled out, he immediately filled that one out too and faxed it back. Dr. Logan is very knowledgable and progressive, and has become my "all in one" physician. I couldnt be happier, and just recently purchased my own private health insurance in order to keep seeing him instead of being forced back into the VA system. In response to the negative review left by the anti-vaccination mother, Dr. Logans decision has nothing to do with agreeing/disagreeing with your views. It simply boils down to the fact that your unvaccinated child puts his other patients at risk -- specifically babies, elderly, and immunocompromised individuals who cannot themselves be vaccinated due to age or health status. Having been to Dr. Logan 1-2 times per month for the past 10 months, I can tell you that a large portion of his patients are indeed elderly. That is not a risk most doctors are going to take simply due to patient protection and liability, and something you need to be aware of and accept as part of your choice not to vaccinate.

I was recommended Dr Logan from two different friends. He is in Dayton, TN and I am in Chattanooga. It is an hour drive one way to see him. I have never had a doctor listen to me, take time to try and resolve my issues like Dr Logan has. I have been making the 2 hour round trip now for about two years because I have never seen anyone who care about his patients likr Dr Logan. I was discharged from the military for a medical issue and several gastrolologists were not able to resolve my issues. They just gave me 3-5 different meds to take and rushed me out the door. Dr Logan sent me to a surgeon who reeolved my issues and completely changed my life. Not only did he resolve an issue for me, but also for my wife. My wife had been dealing with stomach pains for years and after a few tests we found out she has 2 rare blood disorders and resolved her issues. She has gone to at least 5 different doctors and none of them were able to resolve her issues. I am so thankful that I was able to find Dr Logan and have had my life changed. I didnt realize how poor my quality of life was until he actually resolved my issues, not just spend 3 minutes and push me out the door like other doctors have. I recommend him whole heartedly and will continue to see him as long as he is still practicing medicine.

Dr. Logan is good & friendly; however, upon contacting them to get an appt for my husband who had just suffered a heart attack, I was told it would be two months even though his dad & wife both see Dr Logan. I felt we needed to be seeing the same dr so I changed doctors. If they dont have time for him, then they probably are too busy for me.

Was given a "referral" to see another doctor. Which would have been fine if the phone number wasnt a CRISIS LINE! When referring a patient you should give them the name of an actual doctor to call. Better yet, doctors I have had in the past actually made the appointment to expedite treatment. Will not return or recommend.
