I pulled up 20 minutes before the posted closing time, the door was locked. I knocked until a gentleman let me in, only to be informed (while I was standing there holding my 1 yr old and 3 yr old) that they stop accepting patients an hour before close. If you lock the door and turn away patients at 5, you close at 5-not 6!

I have horrible migraines ! This is the only place I have been able to come to and not get treated horribly like at the emergency room !! The staff cares and Im very lucky they have been here for me since I moved to Cleveland .
