Began seeing Dr. Neal a few years ago and have nothing but good things to say about her. On the contrary, a scheduled visit today, which I didnt realize came 3 years after I last saw her (I dont live in town) meant I wasnt a patient anymore and they made sure I knew it. My replacement doctor seemed like this was a large inconvenience for her and didnt seem to care about how I actually felt at all. I only scheduled an appt. bc I had a horrible sore throat and the ER in my place of residence didnt diagnose anything so I came to my primary physician. All I got was a suggestion to take Advil. As I was getting blood work done here, the technician didnt say one word to me. Not hi or goodbye just a "ok youre done." Normally would have great things to say about this place but I left feeling worse than I did going in. Might be time to find a new primary care place.

Dr. Lazaron is our family doctor and I cannot speak highly enough of her! She takes as much time as is needs and always goes above and beyond to take care of her patients. When I had an appt for myself that I had to bring my children to, the staff watched and played with them for nearly an hour and my 3 and 1 year olds were as happy as could be! The office staff is great! The doctors are great! We have also seen Dr. Neal, Dr. Ruschulte, Dr. Hunstead, and Dr. Goldfarb. Even though we are not their regular patients, they treat you like one of their own and even remember you and ask about you when you are going back to see Dr. Lazaron months later! If we ever move, I will travel to see them!

Dr Ruschulte is compassionate and caring and wonderful I have personally recommended her to numerous people. I still would rate the doctors highly, but have concerns about communications at the Western Family practice, and especially as they have expanded and become more corporate-like. There is much miscommunication from patient to staff to doctor and I have found this extremely frustrating and I give up on care for something that needs attention simply because of the miscommunication issues with the "medical" assistants. There is also a greater emphasis by staff now on getting the electronic forms completed rather than listening to the patient.

Ive been going to Western Family Physicians for a number of years now. Dr. Lauren Cruse is my primary physician. Ive nothing but great things to say about all of the folks there. Dr. Cruse is a wonderful physician, and Dr. Michelle Groves, who has been filling in for her while she was on maternity leave, has been just as good. Everyone, from the physicians, to the nurses, to the front desk staff has really been on top of things. It can be so difficult to find a primary care practice that demonstrates such a level of efficiency and care. I count myself blessed.

Dr. Groves was very personable made my experience as a new patient very easy she was worth five stars, However my experience at check-in and check out with Gloria left a lot to be desired, hence the 3 star rating. She was very short and seemed bothered by my request to read the paperwork before just blindly signing because she told me too, the disdain continued at checkout. Upon my follow-up I will try to avoid being served by her, especially since it has take me a few years to establish a relationship with Doctor I feel comfortable with.

If your ten minutes late you will not get seen. A traffic delay will bump you to an appointment months down the road and therefore get you killed if you have immediate health care needs. I had to go to urgent care to get treatment far more than I could from my physician. The office needs to be modernized...its decorum is old and feels dirty. Im changing physicians, this office is too cold and inpersonal to get the care I need. This place sank once Dr. Eby left and when TriHealth took over.

Have been seeing Dr. Reschulte for several years, and Dr. Neal, and have had excellent, compassionate care from everyone. Never felt like they were in a hurry to move to the next patient; or like they didnt care about me as a person. They are responsive and their office has always returned my calls and fit me in when I have had an emergency illness. Their follow-up care is terrific, too!

I am phobic of doctors and I went there and have never had such a "pleasant" experience Dr. Cruse was wonderful, direct, honest, yet not "overbearing" with me...I would recommend their services to any and everyone!!!
