Dr. Heuker saw a patient who had a fatal medical condition and failed to notify the patient at all. Only when the patient contacted another doctor did Heuker admit she made a mistake. The most ridiculous part, is that Heuker blamed the fact that she has 5 kids as the reason she was unable to do her job.... I would never recommend Heuker and would not go to the practice as the Family Medical Group has failed to properly handle the situation with Heuker.

I have been a patient with this practice for more years that I can remember. I trust them with my life. Dr Hazen is my primary, but have been treated by all of the doctors. My only criticism is with TriHealth. Their billing is most disappointing. Not the doctors.

Was a patient for years (20), until I received a letter that I was no longer welcome as a patient. I think it had something to do with a billing misunderstanding between my insurance and the doctors. It was very upsetting to me to lose my doctors after so long.

I dont attend this facility but it is very disturbing that their Medical Assistant had checked into mine and my husbands Medical Records illegally. I worry of medical records of my being publicized by this company and has caused my household emotional damage.

I am a patient of Doctor Hazens. I absolutely think he is one of he best Doctors I have ever had. He is attentive, patient and doesnt make me sit in the lobby for too long. I can usually get in and out of the office in about an hour.
