By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman that I spoke with literally told me that they dont have enough time to call their patients. I needed a refill that was absolutely necessary and no one was able to provide me with any help or support. The woman on the phone was very rude and I cant even talk to my doctor. I cant even get a call from his assistant and cant speak with her on the phone, only able to leave a voicemail. I suggest absolutely do not trust your health or your familys health in the hands of these incompetent individuals.

Been going to this practice for the last 40 years...nuff said .My only complaint would be the waiting time but I have complained enough over the years and they have gotten better

Dr. Artress was nice and explained things very thoroughly. Clean office, rooms and bathrooms. Staff was decent.
