Please do not go to this clinic if you are suffering from asthma. A nurse at this clinic gave me a steroid shot and breathing treatment and told me that they would make me an appointment for a pulmonologist and get me a nebulizer. It has been nine days and after calling them repeatedly I still do not have a nebulizer or an appointment with a pulmonologist. When I call them tell me they are working on it. I have not been able to talk to the doctor, only to receptionists and nurses. They told me if I wanted to speak to the doctor I would have to make another appointment. I am canceling the charge for my first appointment since they have failed to do what they said they would do. Why would I want another appointment? I will be finding another doctor.

I never get a call back on test results. I have to call at least 3 or 4 times to schedule an appointment or talk to a nurse. The receptionest rarely answers the phone unless I call 5 or more times. Christy the NP is great and that is the only reason I go here.
