I made an appointment to get an exam and glasses. When I got there, the lady behind the counter was very nice and answered my questions about my insurance coverage. I have $120 allowance on glasses frames. After looking through the selection of frames that they had to offer, I decided that I could not stay for the appointment as I was not prepared to pay any extra for frames, which they only had one pair that was $129 (none under the $120). There was an additional lady standing off to the side that said how inconvenient my cancellation would be for Dr. Harris as he held this appointment for me. I thought that this was very rude and inconsiderate of her to say that as it was "inconvenient" for me to take off of work to come to this appointment only to find out that I cannot afford the very small selection of frames that they carry. I went right from there to LensCrafters and was politely taken care of!!!!! This is not a way to gain patients!!!!!!
