He was very rude to me told me to do exercises which I had previously done at therapy and was discharged because they wasnt helping things were getting worse his words were "Ill tell you like I told my patient before suck it up titty baby you can do it " also told me the life story of this AT&T worker about his artificial stimulator and such to sum it down he was talking about a man in the waiting area who I had seen before going back. Told me about his whole life story his kids and his wife . I went back to my regular physician and she said he acted in an rude manner that he wasnt suppose to disclose information like that with me . My dr also told me she had sent me there to see about starting injections because I am a nursing mother and dont want a higher dose of medication not sent there for exercises I could have cried when I came out of that place .

I have been seeing Dr. Urban and his PA Crystal for many years now. Ive followed him to several new locations simply because they are the BEST Team ever! Both are kind and patient people who really listen and care about you as their patient. No other doctor has ever shown such compassion and kindness for people who are hurting. Dr. Urban wants you to live your best life possible, even when you sometimes doubt that a better life is possible while living in constant pain. They have never made me feel like a drug addict just because I need help managing my pain. As you can tell, I cant say enough good things about them both.

Dr. Urban & RN Crystal are very good care takers. The problem is they move around and you have to fined them and thing is he talked about repairing my back and said he needed to cool off and he never did the operation and now my my pain is so bad I even shave without server pain. And Im not chasing him down again.
