Dr. Willard west is never in his office. Patients have to sit and wait on him to decide to show up. Not just every now and then but all the time. Has been found sleeping in his office with a lobby full of patients that have waited 4 hrs or more to be seen. Would highly suggest not going to him

Dr,West made me feel very comfortable for a first time visit, he showed more concern to getting all test he could thank of while waiting on all my medical records.
