I was supposed to get a shot I scheduled a month in advanced and they called me ONE HOUR before my appt to tell me that they dont have the shot but its coming in that day and they would call me to come in. I dont have an entire day free to be at their will...thats why I made an appointment. I asked about what time and they did not know. Around 330pm still no phone call- so I called them back and the lady said "oh. x-office person was supposed to call you....". This really upset me. SHE DID NOT EVEN SAY SORRY! They clearly do not care about your time. Also during my previous appointment the dr REFUSED to give me a breast exam and literally told me to "do it myself".

This place doesnt deserve a rating based off one bad review. All of my experiences here have been great. well...as great as going to the doctors gets.

They did good what 20 different drs couldnt do over the yrs. They diagnosed me and sent me to a specialist. And I would recommend them.
