As always, Dr Shanks and his team were effective, efficient and courteous in the entire process of my recent visit. I have a somewhat unique vantage point as I was one of Dr. Shanks first customers when he began his practice in the 70s. From that first experience I have never even considered going to another optometrist and would encourage any and all who need competent and friendly eye care to visit Dr Shanks and his staff.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Shanks. I have always found his staff to be professional, and extremely easy to work with. I travel for medical sales and have a very demanding schedule which requires the ability to be seen with a short notice. I have always been given a number of dates and times to choose from. Great value!
