I took my dog in to get his teeth cleaned and then an hour later I received a phone call telling me that my dog had died. Dr Adams was wonderful during all of this - never leaving my dogs side. And she even told me that there would be no charge for any of the services that had been rendered that day (other than the cremation). As we were leaving, the front desk put a bill in front of me that was for over $300. I understand that they are running a business - but that was not what had been said to me in the back room. I called later to speak with the office manager about this, and the only thing she did was inform me that "they did nothing wrong" and then she gave me a credit of $50. I really loved our time at All Pets and we loved Dr. Adams....unfortunately, that feeling went away with the passing of my dog. I had felt until that point that the staff cared for me and my dog. But as we were leaving I only felt as though we were a form of income for them. Up until that point, I would have referred anyone to All Pets, but now I am hesitant to do that due to the lack of compassion that was shown to my family during a horrific day. Its not always about the money - sometimes it is just about supporting a long-time customer.

You will love All Pets! My dog is my world and Im very particular about her health care. After trying several vets, Im so thankful to have found All Pets. My pup is getting older and started developing stomach issues that were tough to diagnose. Dr. Adams and the All Pets team met with me several times over a lengthy period of time and walked me through several treatment options before discovering that my pups issues came down to developing specific food allergies in her older years. Every time we met, Dr. Adams was compassionate and informative. She always gave me several treatment and pricing options, always spoke with care and talked me through the realities of my options. With All Pets, I never feel like I am being sold the most expensive options and I never feel scared into making expensive decisions. They truly love the animals under their care. I could not have asked for better care for my pup. 5 stars is not enough praise for All Pets Health Center!

Ive had a great experience with them so far. They have always been very friendly & kind to me, which other places in Spring Hill have not (::cough::Spring Hill Vet Clinic). For example, I was filling out paper work when I realized that my dog had chewed through her leash, but luckily, the nice lady in the front gave me one to keep. Although thats a minor thing, I found it to be extremely generous. I hope they continue the friendly attitude theyve demonstrated to me & others so far. I will continue to go there & recommend friends to go there in the future for sure. Im pretty picky with my vets, and I feel pretty darn comfortable saying that this is the best vet in Spring Hill by far.

Absolutely love Dr. Adams and all the staff. Best vet experience we have ever had both personally, emotionally and financially! We love everything about the staff, the atmosphere and the price. Best vet in Middle Tennessee for sure! NEW REVIEW FROM MOST RECENT VISIT: The only reason we had to wait is because the room they use for cats was set up for a family to say goodbye to their cat and I did not mind waiting at all. In fact I loved the fact that they shared that information with me and put that familys needs first. It showed me they are not a business but a family that really cares about pets and people.

My wife took our dog up there at 1225pm on a Saturday with their business hours open until 1pm we thought a quick check up for kennel cough would not be an issue. Apparently the vet wanted to get off a little early and was already getting ready to leave. He said he could see our dog only if we were willing to pay the after hours emergency price. No compassion and all about the money. So my wife left there upset. It really pi**ed me off knowing I dropped about $2k last year on my dog at the clinic. Im currently on the way to a different vet.

Love All Pets! I have a kitty who is a very bad patient (her two previous vet offices have refused to see her again unless shes sedated), so I was extremely apprehensive about taking her in to a new office. The staff at All Pets was just amazing, and they made it as stress-free as possible for us both. Weve been twice now with no blood-shed!! :-) My kitty and I (as well as my mom and her kitties) are customers for life! Thank you, All Pets!

Dr. Pearl is the BEST! Our family lab was dying. He explained what was going on in a way that we could all understand, helped us come to terms with the fact that we didnt have long, and prescribed medication to make sure our baby wasnt in pain until we were ready to put him down. Pets are family and that is exactly how Dr. Pearl treated our Aslan and talked to us about our decision. I will never go to another vet.

Dr. Adams, Dr. Pearl, and the entire staff at All Pets Health Center are absolutely wonderful. They are knowledgeable, thorough, caring, and most of all, compassionate for your pets needs, as well as, your needs. You are always greeted with a smile and I love that you are treated like family and not like a customer. We are so lucky to have such amazing people caring for our pets.

All Pets has always been so wonderful with my animals. The staff is so friendly and very good with regards to communication. It is always so reassuring to know that when I leave any of my animals with them, I can rest easy knowing that they are in great hands. I have been taking my animals to them for years, and I would recommend them before anyone else!

My elderly dog is treated better than most people at All Pets and she is loved by the staff and Dr. Pearl. I trust them 100% to care for her special needs. Dr. Pearl was recommended to me by my vet in Franklin when we moved here several years ago and I am so glad. My dog took to him immediately and she loves him like he is family. We all do!

Best care bar NONE!!! They have saved and cared for all my pets since Ive been here. 20+ years. I love the doctors and staff. They truly care. Couldnt ask for better pet care anywhere. They will see your pets and make sure they do everything in their power to cure and comfort them.

My dog has never enjoyed vets, yet when we pull up here he cannot contain his excitement. The care and affection Dr. Pearl and staff show their pet patients from the second they walk through the door is second to none.
