Just called to get a estimste on specifically what i needed i just saw my dentist frifay but there closed. My tooth a has and abcess and needs a rooth canal or extraction IM IN SEVERE PAIN RIGHT NOW!!!all i wanted was a estimate but like every other dentist only worried about money they cant give you simple info because they want there 85 dollars. Im tired of wasting money to dentist just to hear the samething than these high crazy prices so before i waste my 85 dollars i just would appreciate a simple range from A TO Z! Not everyone has insursnce and or money to just be wasted or may not have the money for the procedure price they are asking. Money vs health hmm the way the receptionist spoke this dentistry all about the money$$$! She was not friendly nor did she care what my issue was when i explained and she couldnt take the time to give me a estimate or in her words not over the phone which is bs like other offices can but there closed so i tried here and very unprofessional money hungary not worried at all about my well being! Dont waste 85 dollars go to a professional dentist who cares about your health you both my dentist!!!

I would suggest you seek out another ER dental provider. My daughter attends a local university in Houston and needed emergency dental care. She has PPO insurance and was never asked if she has insurance or was paying out of pocket. The dentist never listened to her complaint and only took x-rays to tell her she had an impacted wisdom tooth (which we knew). She was seen by her dentist prior to going to Houston in July. She tried explaining to him the took hurts when she eats and food makes contact. It really sounds like a small cavity forming. I am so frustrated with this place as I should have known better when the receptionist got fly with me about asking why was an appointment follow up phone call not made. I explained the day I called I was a mom out of town with a freshman daughter needing assistance. I was sure after providing her contact information a phone call would have been made requesting insurance information, address/location, etc. But I was told, "You looked us up on the internet, you should have gotten the address from there." Wow...seriously! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I woke up on Sunday morning with strong pains on my left upper wisdom tooth. I knew it would creep up on me, but didnt hope it was the Sunday of 4th of July weekend. I was desperate to find a dentist to help me with the pain and couldnt find any that were open. I finally stumbled across emergency dental care online and gave them a call right away. The front desk lady is super nice and accommodating. I made my appointment and was seen without a long wait time. Dr. Gonzalez was awesome and took care of me. The dental assistant was attentive, and the front desk lady was very helpful on explaining the medical billing. All in all, I was taken care of by a group of professionals and I left feeling relieved. I would highly reccomend this place! I just wish I didnt have to do so much digging to find it.

Bottom line, I havent been to my dentist in a year. I had a tooth that needed to be pulled but didnt do it because it never bothered me....until late Saturday evening! I found this clinic online and I am so glad I did. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The nurse who took me back and worked with me was very kind as well and helped me stay calm. Then the dentist was also very kind and put me to ease quickly. I was out of there in just over an hour for the total visit. This was literally one of the best dental experiences Ive ever had and if I could have them be my regular dental care team Id do it in a heartbeat! Plus the pricing is very comparable to what I pay at my dentists office. Great service and great staff!!! :)

I was visiting from tn and had been in pain for the past couple of days while I was here in Houston. The pain became so bad I couldnt really take it anymore so I came here on Sunday to see if they could remove my impacted wisdom tooth. I can say my experience here was probably the best experience Ive ever had with any dental place. They were super caring, and they were able to take my wisdom tooth out within 30 minutes- 1 hour. I was hesitant at first to come here after I read one bad review but after what I experienced with them, Im soo happy and grateful that I decided to give them a chance!! Dr. Gonzales was awesome and made me feel comfortable, probably the best staff ever. I suggest this place to anyone!

Emergency Dental Care USA was as effective as can be reasonably expected of a dentists office. My husband and I both went in for tooth pain. My husband was pointed to an endodontist for specialty work. I need both an endodontist and a tooth pulled. I had the option of pulling my hurting wisdom tooth right there in the office, but ultimately declined because the clinic was out of network. They prescribed pain medication and antibiotics for both of us. Shea at the front office was very good at looking through our insurance paperwork. She was even able to push back when the insurance agency made a mistake and said that my husband would not be covered but I would be, despite being on the same insurance policy

Worst Experience Ever!!!! He broke my bone trying to pull my tooth out in a hurry because it was packed. I went back because pieces were coming out and he blamed it on me smoking. Please. Smoking does not break your jaw bone.
