If could give the dentist a zero I would!!! The hygienist and office staff were nice and professional however the dentist refused to see my 8 year old daughter due to a past experience where my daughter was fearful of the dentist. She recommended me to a pediatric dentist and after seeing him and not being very impressed with his work we decided to go back to imperial oaks. While my 13 yr old son was preparing to get braces at the office and I made an appointment for my daughter to get 2 fillings. I scheduled the appointment and then was told minutes later the dentist is refusing to see my daughter and wants her to go to a pediatric dentist. I was in such disbelief at the lack of patience and inexperience the dentist displayed. Even worse the dentist refused to talk to me, moreover my son was also patient of hers so she pretty much expected me to take my children to 2 separate dentist offices and inconvenience myself....so I left and took my business down the street to Americas Family Dental and they were able to get my daughter in the same day, they were extremely patient with my 8 yr old, well experienced and understanding with children who are uneasy at the dentist...And they were even able to get my son an appointment for his braces on the following day. The dentist there are confident in their work and it shows...I would NEVER recommend imperial oaks to a family who has young children or anyone who has apprehensions about the dentist. Think twice about taking your child to Imperial oaks bcs if the dentist isnt confident in their ability to complete competent work with children then maybe she should only service teens and adults.

This afternoon was my first dental appointment in 3 years. I had the privilege of having Dr. Matson as my dentist. I had a very noticeable spot on a tooth that is visible. I had always been told that it was just a stain and to stop drinking coffee. My previous dentist just covered it and I went on my way. Dr. Matson took one look and said, "thats glue from when you had braces. Dont worry I will get that right off. " I was always self-conscious about smiling because of the stain. He and everyone I interacted with today made me feel so comfortable. He is knowledgeable, professional and a great sense of humor. He has a way of instantly knowing what the problems are and has a solution. He cares about his profession and his patients. look forward to my next dental appointment with him. Thank you Dr. Matson.

This is one of the most unprofessional dental clinic I have come across. I took an appointment for basic dental cleaning and I showed up at the clinic right on time. I had to wait nearly half an hour before I was accepted in the clinic. Then I spent nearly two hours at this clinic in paper works and getting x-rayed. But at the end I was told that the hygienist cant perform the cleaning that day and I should come at a later date. They even didnt offer to schedule an appointment. They seemed more interested in offering expensive procedures instead.

Dr. Patterson is awesome she took her time with me explained things to me. I needed an extraction done. She told me that she would try to pull my tooth out but if she couldnt then she would not charge me and I would have to see a surgeon which they have at there office as well. She was able to pull my tooth out. She is very good and wish there were other dentistry as good as she is. Her staff are very friendly and helpful as well. I will be going back to this office and it is very clean. My experience with this office was very awesome.

I recently received a threatening letter from their attorneys saying they were putting me in collections.. The issue is the invoice was not close to being due. I have called both Corporate and the location for a reason why I would receive such a threatening letter well before invoice date was due... I have not received a call back from either entity. I would expect some sort of response from someone with an answer! With a dentist on every corner in our neighborhood I would suggest trying somewhere else.

The moment you walk through the door the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was asked if Id like a water while I was waiting and they have a coffee station if I wanted something warm. I cant say enough about Crystal my hygentist - she is awesome!! She take care around my sensitive teeth while cleaning and shares helpful advice while cleaning my teeth. Already made my next appointment and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else

This place is amazing! my friend referred me to Imperial Oaks Dental and I am so happy to say I was overly impressed! The staff is amazing and my hygentist, Christina did an incredible job. Im not usually one to right a review but being one that normally hates going to the dentist I had to let everyone know how great of a place it is! Thanks again everyone at Imperial Oaks Dental! The entire staff there is kind and caring. They go to great detail to explain the costs and procedures. I had extensive dental work done there and each day after the procedures the dentist called to me check up on how I was feeling.
