Horrible dentist, stay away!! I had visited Woodlands Dental Care previously for a routine cleaning, so I decided to return again in April of 2015 when a large portion of my back tooth chipped off. The wait time was only about 10 minutes, and everyone was polite at the office. They did x-rays of the area and an exam, before I spoke with the doctor about the results. She informed me that the decay on the chipped tooth was getting pretty bad, and they would have to carve out the deep cavities on both the side (where it chipped) and the top of the tooth. The tooth next to it also had decay spreading to it, which would need the cavity scraped out and a filling placed in as well. She also informed me that because of the depth of the cavities I would need a root canal on the chipped tooth, as well as a cap put over it because fillings on both the side and top wouldnt hold. Overall estimate was $2,000 - even with insurance! I was skeptical and baffled, and decided to get a second opinion before paying that much. A week later I had an appointment with another dentist across The Woodlands, who was also very professional, well reviewed, and recommended to me by a friend. They also took x-rays and did an exam, and that dentist said one filling on each tooth would be just fine to fix the problem. She said MAYBE 5-10 years down the line when this new filling starts to wear out (as they all do eventually) I could need a root canal, but thats only if the dentist Im seeing at that time doesnt catch the loose filling in time before the decay starts to spread towards the nerve again. The second dentist is going to charge me $180, for just two fillings! Stay away from Woodlands Dental Care, they were going to lie about performing a root canal on me (or actually do it?!), and put an unnecessary expensive cap on a tooth that wasnt all that bad. $2,000 vs. $180, you tell me which dentist visit youd prefer! Stay far, far away, they are only seeking money and will do all they can to make your fake procedure seem urgent!

HORRIBLE! Do not go here unless you want your blood pressure raised from all the runaround you will get if you OVERPAY them and just want your credit refunded. The dentist and his work are alright, but their accounting personnel and processes are just below, way below, just decent patient treatment. You have to hound them literally just to get a call back. There are way too many other fantastic dentists who really value their clients and do not have a third party office processing their accounts. Just awful. Im just glad I kept my receipt. This issue has been going on for two months, and just today I miraculously heard them proclaim they were "submitting a refund request" to their Accounting Department, but still do not know when the refund will be actually paid. FRUSTRATED BEYOND REASON.

I have been coming to Woodlands Dental for 4 years now, I was actually looking at other dentists, but the past few visits with Dr. Bachour has completely changed my mind. Him and his staff are ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING. They are always respectful and very knowledgeable, they meet your needs and make sure you are well taken care of. I used to hate the dentist and I didnt like going to any appointment until I met Dr. Bachour earlier this year, now I actually enjoy going because I know I will be well taken care of by him and his staff! The place is also very clean and well maintained! Thanks Woodlands Dental and Dr. Bachour for changing my mind on dentist visits, I will be telling all of my family and friends and you will also be seeing my kids soon!!!

This experience was quite amazing, and I have to admit that never before had I have a fantastic moment at the dental care as Woodlands Dental Care. As soon as I arrived I felt very welcome . The staff is really competent and fabulous . Esther is one of the best member of the staff that encountered and I would love to recommend you. She s very interesting and reliable when it comes to getting your teeth taking care of. Anyways , Good job guys ! I give you all an A+!! Thanks so much for taking care of me ! I would recommend this dental care , for they are the best.

My family has been coming here for the last 6 years. Always very nice staff, the wait sometimes a little long ( hence the 4 stars) but a pleasant experience always. Today my daughter was seen by Dr Bachour and what a wonderful corteous manner he has. Efficient and to the point. We will miss Dr Spano but are confident we will continue to receive great care here. Cuddos to all the staff who are always professional!

These are very kind people. Jamie went out of her way after she was off the clock on a Friday afternoon to put my crown back in until my appointment the following Monday. She saw that I was distressed and uncomfortable. Saved my weekend. The following office visit was equally impressive. The dentist and his assistant so kind and gentle. This is definitely my familys dentist from no on.

Dr. Neal Bachour is the most caring dentist I have ever been too. He truly loves his profession and it shows in the care that he offers to his patient. He was a tremendous help in making some very expensive decisions and answered all of my questions with expertise knowledge. His staff was amazing to work with and very friendly.
