I visited Dr.Creutzmann in September 2011 for my first pregnancy. It was the WORST! Every question I ask he shrugged his shoulders in a i dont know form of fashion or he just didnt care. I was 7 weeks at the time and had a bad feeling about my pregnancy and voiced it to him and it just went over his head he didnt even think twice of my concern just shrugged his shoulder. I left very upset,confused and lost. The following week his receptionist called 100 times about payment plans and incs. I wish they were that agressive about the patients. I would call the office with questions and the nurse would tell me oh thats normal dont worry. I knew it was not. Come 11 weeks i spring a leek i go to the hospital in denton cause i lived there and was not set to move to carrollton till next month. I didnt call Dr. Creutzmann he never gave me emergancy info in case something went wrong outside of business hours. Come to find out i lost the pregnancy at 6wk i seen him at almost eight, i have been carrying a round a dead baby for 5 weeks. I called him after the docs in denton did a wounderfull job with me to speak with him. His receptionist looks up at me like she hate being there are ask for my MEDICAID CARD. IM not on medicad i work hard every damn day and have health insurance lady. I go back to see him.this appointment was even worst. Told me he was sorry and still didnt answer anything. Gave me a exam then just up and left the room. Me and my husband waited he never came back. Didnt even tell me he was done. We left out the room and checked out. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO DR. CREUTZMANN. if you are one of those crunchy people who really dont want a lot of medical intervention and just want someone certified in the room while you push out your kid then he is your man. If you want someone who is concernd, and careing find another doctor. If i was 9 months in labor and couldnt make it to denton in time i would have my babay at home on the floor with my husband watching. It will be the same like haveing Dr. Creutzmann there. Im not sure if he is tired or board with his profession cuase thats how he comes off. But him and his office need to do better cause no one derserves to be treated or left to feel this way.

Had been going here since I found out I was pregnant November 2016. I just went in for my 3rd app today to have blood work done. Frances came in my room and asked me to make a payment of 700.00 today (which is the amount she wanted me to pay every month till my due date in July 2017 so I could have my deductible payed off before I deliver). I told her I could not afford that and asked if I could pay the cost of what is being done each month then when I deliver I can get on a pymnt plan with the hospital to pay the remainder of my deductible. She said no thats not gonna work. So I told her ok, I cant do that so I guess I will have to find a new doctor now at 20 weeks into my pregnancy. I got up and started walking out and she asked what can you pay a month? I told her I have a flex spending card and just broke down crying and walked out. I was so upset, humiliated and couldnt keep it together. Before I could even make it home she had called and left a message saying I know you mentioned you had a flex spending card, can we go ahead and clear up your ballance for todays visit (that consist of her making me feel helpless for my baby and a bad mother cause I couldnt afford to give her 700.00 for my appointment that didnt even happen). She stated I wouldnt even have to come in, that she could take my payment over the phone. I could not believe it, no concerns as to if I was OK after leaving the office a complete wreck.i would not recommend them to my worst enemy. There is no concern for the patient at this doctors office. The worst experience I have ever had to go through! You should not have to prepay for service you havent had to make sure your deductible is paid in full by the time you deliver.

I honestly dont understand the negative reviews. I left another practice because of lack of concern and attentiveness to name a couple reasons. I was in my second trimester and had difficulty finding another practice to take me on as a patient. Thankfully, I found Dr. Creutzmann and his terrific staff. Reception has been nothing but efficient and helpful. I have never waited over 10 minutes after my appointment time to see the doctor, which is unheard of for and OB/GYN. He truthfully has the sweetest, most caring nurse I have ever met. Dr. Creutzmann himself is informative and thorough, yet very warm and easy to talk to. Hes even quite funny. I have always felt relaxed and at ease with him, as well as confident my health and the health of my baby is in good hands. Thanks to Dr. Creutzmann I made it through a difficult pregnancy and have a beautiful baby girl to show for it. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice!

I took my friend for her first check up, its her first pregnancy, the staff, Francis, was not very helpful and look at you like youre stupid. They made you pay before going in. Dr. Cruetzmann was not very respectful and was rude. When on the checking table he didnt say what hes gonna do first or alert or give any instructions. He was rough and unsanitize. The tools he use was in the drawer just below the foot rest. The tools was NOT in a sanitized bag or in the sanitizer. He grabbed it use it and put it back in the same drawer with the other tools!!! We didnt have a chance to take any pictures but if we did Id post it here for everyone to see. I would not recommend anyone to come to his office. $600 for a HORRIBLE experience!!!

Im sorry, but Dr. Creutzmann is tha shizniz, he delivered my 3 yr old and about to deliver me anyday now, Im laughing at the negative reviews because he has been doing this for a very long time and the best ob/gyn that has delivered me and ladies yall need to make sure youre if youre insurance covers all of youre maternity expenses and if youre not working thats what Medicaid is for even if you dont like it, your babys health as well is your health should always be #1 priority.

Frances the receptionist is incompetent. I called 3 times last week to confirm they accepted my insurance called this morning to confirm my appt tomorrow and she says they dont accept my insurance. I asked why did she tell me they did last week and she says I never talked to her. Not sure how that works because shes the only one there that answers the phone. Really wanted to see Dr. C but will not because his staff is plain stupid! I do NOT recommend this office!!

ZERO STARS!! I went in for an emergency sonogram and guess what? No tech on property, told me to go back the next day. The receptionist is a complete idiot, the whole process was super slow, and they charged me to just sit in the room and wait. Felt like i was in the 1990s NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!!! Would NEVER recommend this place.
