I am very disappointed with the staff that work at Dr. Arzacs office. I scheduled a doctors appointment and was sitting in the room for over an hour! I I of course had to leave! I work and should not have to wait that long to see a doctor unless it is an emergency and it is communicated to patient. If I would not have left I probably would have been there for two hours waiting. The staff is so inconsiderate of the patients time. Like I said, it is understandable when the doctor has an emergency but it is not ok for the staff to leave you in the room for over an hour. If the doctor has an emergency it should be communicated to the patients that are waiting to see the doctor. Our time is just as valuable as their time. Lastly, the first thing the staff should do when someone walks into the office is to acknowledge the patient by greeting them not just sit there and not say one word!

Las q contestan el teléfono no les importa nada los pacientes, para esperar una respuesta tienes que hablar cerca de 1000 veces. Ya m imagino a las que te sacan sangre etc. Staff is very patient, they take their time. Another thing you have to call them almost 1000 times to get an answer. I can Imagine the phlebotomist or the MA.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. You should verify that Dr. Arzac is in network with your insurance because they do not. Dr. Arzacs staff was very nice. There was little waiting time from the moment I entered, to the moment I left. After answering questions with the medical assistant and giving a urine sample, Dr. Arzac spoke with me in his office. We discussed my family history and my concerns. He took the time to educate me and make helpful suggestions. He was very professional and gentle during the exam. I highly recommend him!

I love the staff and Dr. Arzac my waiting time there is great in and out. Dr. Arzac answers all my concerns and is very nice.
