My first visit in February with Dr. Newsom was amazing. I had a 1 mo f/u appt on a Monday and called Friday to r/s but no answer so I wasnt able to cancel my appt. This didnt really bother me. In August I called to make an appt and was told there was thing until Monday 9/5, nearly an entire month later. Since I was so happy with how Dr. Newsom and her MA treated me I decided to wait it out. That Friday before I realized 9/5 was Labor Day and called to make sure they were going to be open. I didnt catch whoever I spoke withs name but she told me "oh no your appt is for 9/7" now I KNOW 100% I would never schedule anything on a Wednesday because theres no way I can take off. I explained that to her but she repeated that that was my scheduled appt. She r/s me for 9/12, BUT i never got a call to confirm my appointment. Now, I called last week and attempted to make another appointment for a different issue in which I thought was worrisome. I was told yet again that there would not be an appointment until 1 month later. If I am bleeding abnormally and having pelvic pain I dont think I should be waiting an entire month. I yet again explained my problem and she told me I had to wait a month with a very nasty tone which I found insulting. I loved how Dr. Newsom treated me. 5 stars to her. But please do something with your front desk!

**UPDATE** I have updated to three stars, as last night, the Nurse Practitioner called me and talked through the issue. They are going to try and get me in and will also call in a 30 day refill for me. I will update again after I am able to get in to see the Dr. ******* So very disappointed. I have been a patient of Dr. Fullers for over 20 years. The last two years I was asked if I would mind seeing Dr. Hussain instead, which was fine. I scheduled my follow up appointment last year when I left and in calling this week was told that Dr. Hussain left and no one has me listed with an appointment. Have left several messages for a call back about my prescription and no one is returning my calls. Basically, Im out of luck on my annual appointment and my prescription because of a mistake by the office. I not only feel angry about the lack of concern, but personally offended that the office and staff I put my health and trust in do not care about me as a patient. I have to imaging Dr. Fuller is unaware of this nightmare, because she has never been an uncaring person before. I hope someone shares with her the lack of care and compassion and the lack of concern her staff currently shows when it comes to retaining long time patients or caring for her patients.

I was dismayed to receive a bill for a "no show" appointment recently. Apparently this was for my annual checkup and was made in Feb. 2013. Every doctor Ive been a patient of has had a staff member make some kind of contact to remind me of an appointment. I still do not know when the "missed" appointment was. I cannot imagine that Dr. Fullers staff expects patients to remember an appointment a year later. I did not until recently have voice mail on my cell phone, so a staff member may have tried to call. However, when the person only received endless ringing, a text message could have been attempted or even a postcard sent to remind me. On my very first visit to Dr. Fullers office, I arrived to discover that the doctor was out on a hospital visit. No attempt was made to contact me that time. I guess my wasted 30 minute drive to and from their office was of no concern to them. In addition to this, nearly every time I am at the doctors office I have a very long wait. It is time for me to move on to another doctor.

Dr. Fuller is a wonderful and caring doctor, she takes time with her patients and is very knowledgeable and a good communicator. I read the two other comments, about patients who didnt follow the rules, didnt cancel appointments and got a no-show charge. The "no-show" charge is prominently displayed in the office and only an inconsiderate or ignorant client would not expect to charged for not having the common sense or courtesy to timely cancel an appointment theyd made. Doctors, like lawyers, or airlines have only so many time slots, or seats to sell. I imagine how irate the same patient would be if she showed up for an appointment and a doctor said that dont have time to see you today. Its called the Golden Rule, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Id recommend Dr. Fuller to anyone one of my friends or expectant mothers.

Dr. Fuller delivered my first child by c-section, and will be delivering my second as well. I have visited both Dr. Fuller and the nurse practitioner, Amber, and have been very pleased with the level of service. The wait time with my first pregnancy could some times be a little long (~20-30 min), but since adding a second doctor to their staff it has gone down substantially. Even so, it wasnt enough to keep me from coming back because I really like the doctor, staff, and office. Dr. Fuller and Amber are both very good about explaining things and answering questions, and dont rush appointments. All in all, I would highly recommend them for both gynecological and OB services.

I had a great experience here. The office staff was super nice and willing to take me for a last minute appointment because of bad UTI pain. When I arrived, they made the paperwork easy even though my insurance company is usually a hassle. Dr. Fuller was very attentive, took her time with me, and made me feel comfortable talking about anything. She looked at my health history from a holistic point of view, and really looks at the causes rather than simply covering up symptoms with medicines. The office was really nice and the office staff extremely welcoming and cheerful.

Dr. fuller is extremely unprofessional and I question her ethics and sanity. She performed a procedure on me while I was in my second trimester that should have never been done. She also left over 30 minutes worth of voicemails on my phone telling me I needed to "Better understand her medical practice" because I had a question about the charges I was receiving. You would think someone in billings would make that phone call? So weird and uncomfortable that I had to change doctors at 8 months pregnant.

I would think twice about obtaining services from this group!!! An employee represented the price of an annual exam but their billing department added additional fees that I was NEVER informed about in advance. Then, after several visits, I am invoiced for additional fees that I was never informed about. Ive tried for months to resolve these fraudulent charges on my account but they refuse to correct it. I would highly recommend that you select another physician or be prepared to be overcharged.

I was a patient of Dr Fullers for over 25 years. The last 3 years my annual was cancelled and the subsequent appointment time was not convenient. My medical records were lost when she moved to her current location and her office made zero effort in their retrieval. I do not have important surgery or procedure dates because of this loss. Any efforts at trying to speak to her directly were thwarted. Good doctor for some, ended on a sour note for me. Good luck
