I had some big issues with this dentist office until yesterday. Before yesterday I had decided to never use this office again. My appointment had been canceled twice (found out yesterday it was due to family emergencies) and the second time they canceled, they didnt even call me. Over the weekend my daughter was in a lot of pain. I was furious because if they had kept her appointment we wouldnt have been dealing with that. I called Trinity and spoke with Tammy. She was very apologetic and told me to bring my daughter in right away. I took her in and I was VERY pleased from the beginning to end. The staff was great. The doctor is fantastic (Dr. Voo). She was very informative and I could tell she was concerned about taking care of my baby. She sat and answered all of my questions. But I have to say, the best part of my experience was Tammy....she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. After saying I would never take my kids there again, I ended up making appointments for my other three kids. This dentist office saw I was having issues and worked very hard and resolved the issues quickly. I was very impressed and pleased with our experience and as I said, we will definitely be going back. Thanks Trinity Dental for taking care of my family. Thanks Tammy for going above and beyond for your patients!! Thanks Dr. Voo for being very informative and caring for my baby. You guys are awesome!!

I have made three trips to trinity dental in clevland for extensive work. I will be going back for more work with great anticipation for the wonderful services they provide.The whole staff is professional, courteous and very empathetic to your needs. I am a second generation client, as both my parents are patients, and my husband will soon follow.Their prices are extremely reasonable and they offer a wide variety of services to fit anyones needs. Great staff and Dr. Burakowski was very knowledgeable and helpful. Got me in and out very quickly, because really, who likes to spend a lot of time at the dentist. Seriously though great place to have your teeth worked on.
