I have read the reviews that some have put here and am shocked. I cant believe that they are saying things like this. I have had nothing but good service out of this office. In the start, when I had a terrible infection, De Jennings gave me an antibiotic to get rid of the infection but it wasnt strong enough for me and after several days of not getting better I called them and asked them to call me in Keflex and he did and I got better. I had to reschedule my extraction several times due to family issues or whatever and yesterday when I got there, the staff was wonderful. Not rude at all. I got called back very quick and the assistant was very comforting and told me what to expect with everything she was doing. When Dr Jennings came in he was very comforting and very gentle. Sure, I didnt want to be there, but they sure did make it a lot better and easier for me. When I got done they checked on me while I was getting my oxygen and they talked to me the whole time. Answered questions every time I asked something, even in the middle of extracting that tooth. It was a wonderful experience for me. As far as the people that said they were rude I just didnt have that at all!! You have to wonder if those people wanted to just pick a fight with them or something. And the person who said their insurance said you didnt even need the procedure that you got, well, who is the doctor? Dr Jennings or the insurance company? I would rather Dr Jennings tell me what I need rather than have the insurance company tell me what I need. I dont think that Dr Jennings would do something that doesnt need to be done. This is a man that is caring and understanding and very sweet. The whole office staff was just as nice to me as they could be. I would certainly tell my family and friends to go there. In fact I did tell my mother she should go see him when she needs a dentist. I would send anyone there. It was a wonderful place for me to be. Could not have asked for any better treatment.

This practice changed hands a few years ago from Dr. Lebo to Dr. Jennings. This almost definitely accounts for the disparity of reviews. I visited both practices and can honestly say that Dr.L was the rudest and most inconsiderate practitioner Ive ever had. I had to visit him almost five years ago for an emergency filling. Not only did he start working on a crown build up without talking to me first, but he failed to deaden the area properly. At one point, I flinched involuntarily and he told me "Oh, dont be a baby." He was also incredibly rude to his staff. Needless to say, I scheduled an appointment with a different dentist later that week and never returned. Years later, the dentist I had been seeing retired. A family friend recommended this practice, to my absolute surprise. I heard from several patients who had seen Dr. J and everyone had wonderful things to say. I sent my husband to them first, and he was really impressed by their cleanliness, professionalism, and communication. I went in a few months later. The experience was a total 180° from the previous visit years before. The staff was phenomenal. I experienced little or no pain during several procedures. Dr. J communicated regularly in advance of every procedure and gave me a voice in my treatment plan. We absolutely loved this practice. When we moved across the country a few months ago, leaving Tyler Family Dental was one of the hardest parts!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. According to my insurance, the dental procedure done on me was not needed. Office staff is not competent to deal with insurance, doesnt return my nor my insurances phone calls yet still sends me bills from their billing service in Oregon for the part that my insurance hasnt paid (I paid my part). I feel I was lied to and had an unnecessary procedure. I can no longer chew on the side of my mouth of the tooth that they "fixed" although the tooth gave me NO trouble before the procedure. They are unable to file insurance properly or work with insurance companies. They fail to return phone calls to me and my insurance asking for additional information. The office staff is unprofessional. I went to them 1 time only and will NEVER return. BTW, Im guessing that yellow pages review is a family member and not an actual customer.

I have been using Dr Jennings since he took over this Practice and can not say enough good about him or his staff. I have had numerous procedures done from root canals, bridges, crowns and porcelain veneers. I have always been completely satisfied and been treated with the most professional and courteous care. They have worked me in when I have had an emergency and no appointment.and practice going the extra mile in their service. If going to the Dentist Can be a positive experience..... Mine definitely Happens here....

Awesome dentist!!!!! Worked closely with me to make sure my bridge fit well. Just loved Charlotte and Dr. Jennings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I have sent some of my friends and they feel the same way. Just give them a try.... Im very pleased with his work

Not good came in for cleaning. All I got was 2 pages full of price work they thought I need it. So frustaded 8 months later got a second opinion turns out I dont need everything they said I need it. I do not recomenthem at all. Girls who answer phone Not Frienly at all

Overall my visit to this office was a good experience (besides that I hate going to the dentist). The dentist was very kind, answered all of my questions and fixed my problem. The assistant was friendly and the secretary was helpful.
