I went In last year at some point with extreme tooth pain they seen me and we talked about a future billing plan to get my work done. But I didnt receive any treatment that day. I keep getting a bill in the mail for $100 so I called them to see what was going on the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude!!!! Very unprofessional. When I originally went I was assured I wouldnt be charged until I went in for some work.

Did the research to find one of the highest rated dental practices in Tyler. Toured the office and met Dr. Gillespie for a quick consult before scheduling a first appointment. I am the worst dental patient as a rule; very nervous and not trusting. The staff and Dr. Gillespie took the time to make sure I felt secure. I was thrilled with how quickly and painlessly my appointment progressed. Highly recommend!

Everybody who I have encountered in this office has truly exceeded all expectations in regard to professionalism and bedside manner. They recognized that I, a 34 year old Macho Man (& BIG BABBY...) wasnt just nurvous; I was scares of the Dentist. They truly went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable, & made the procedure (2 teeth were extracted...) almost completely painless.
