The entire staff - Ive visited both locations, is always courteous, helpful and genuinely concerned that your visit goes beyond expectation. But, I must point out one employee in particular, Shelby. She recently conducted a teeth whitening session with me and I was blown away at how attentive she was to the entire process. She took extreme care during the prep work phase, was educating me throughout the entire process and was focused on me getting the best results. It was evident that she really enjoyed her work environment and her role! Thank you Shelby!!

I have been seeing my dentist in League City for many years and was a little concerned when I received a notice that New Teeth had bought the location. Had to have a root canal done today. I was in so much pain but Dr. Jetton , Jackie , and the nurses at the Broadway location got me in FAST and out of pain. You can tell everyone there loves what they do and cares about the patient. I havent met Dr Elliot but if hes anything like the rest of the staff I know I will like him to. Thank you for the pain relief.

Today I had my wisdom tooth taken out... took about 10 min everything went smooth and fast not much pain do to the Dr was great, helped me ease the anxiety and made me feel calm... what i loved the most is that he told me every step of the procedure as he was doing it.. the very first visit was excellent as well due to being In pain I got in right away and was pleased with everyone there...I have found myself a new dentist :) thanks guyssss!

I would give this 10 stars if I could!!! This is definitely the best dental office I have been to! Definitely coming back! From the staff to the dentists, everyone is so friendly and welcoming! So heart warming! They take extraordinary care of you, very profesional, addressed every concern, did an amazing job AND were very careful (Im pregnant so it meant a lot!). Dr. Hale saw me, shes one of the best!

The entire staff has always been first rate in customer service and professionalism. I am always confident that I will be taken care of, from being in the chair to checking out at the front desk. I am looking forward to getting my first implant to fill up the void left by a back tooth that had to be pulled. Yes, I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist.

I had a horrible toothache all night ... when I got there the staff was very sympathetic to my pain got me right in and numbed it ... the procedure was fast and painless ...and the staff was incredible ..I would highly recommend them... they explained everything well and showed concern for my well being ... needless to say I found my new dentist
