Just moved to Corpus Christi one month ago from Lebanon New Hampshire to trade in 10 months of winter, for 10 months of summer. and just love it here was somewhat concerned about finding a new primary care Doctor . so I could continue to stay in good health and as a 74 year old I need to keep on track with ongoing care. I searched the web for two weeks before i found Doctor Bruce Mertz at Family Practice Associates. I was impressed the moment i stepped into the office with the nice reception I got from the staff and receptionist. and knew right away When Doctor Bruce Mertz walked into the exam room for my first appointment That I had found what I was looking for A Doctor that took the time to listen to you and hear what your concerns were and Made you feel that all your concerns would be met and handled in a very professional manner.... and he is the kind of Doctor that makes you feel comfortable and confident in His ability to communicate with you and most importantly let you know that you are now in good care, and of course.. I really like dr. Natalie philbrick. She has an excellent Manor with her patients. She is very thorough and explains everything in a way you can understand it. Shes very kind understanding and listens very well to her patient. I felt extremely comfortable with dr. Philbrick. As long as she stays at this practice me and my family will remain with them as well. I would also like to mention she has a really wonderful nurse that works with her he was very friendly and professional. One of the main reasons I like this practice is they keep everything in a timely fashion. Ive never had to wait more than 20 minutes before having been seen or at least called back to wait to be seen. The only reason I give this practice a 4 instead of A5 star rating its because I feel there are always room for improvements. How is someone to strive for Perfection and Excellence if theyve already achieved it.

My doctor is Dr. Breeling and his associate is Dr. Paris. I love them both, and also the staff. All of them combined make up a wonderful team that is truly compassionate and knowledgeable about there work. I will have to say, I have had alot better care than some of the specialists that are out there. For instance, for a bone spur in the foot, the rolling pin method worked much better than wearing an uncomfortable boot to bed every night. When these two doctors do not have an answer (very rare), they do not hesitate to refer me to a specialist that they know will help me more. To sum it all up, you just could not ask for a better team than Family Practice, from the receptionist and nurses to the doctors, they are the best!

On February 4, 2015 I went in to see Velma Parris NP for an earache and sore throat. She treated my with kindness and concern, as she always does. She ordered a shot for me and prescribed antibiotics. I appreciate her and Dr. Breeling being there for me whenever I need healthcare. They have been my physicians for many years and I would not think of going to someone else. I am pleased with the way they speak to me and have confidence in their skills and knowledge. They have never been wrong about my condition. They are the best in Corpus Christi, Texas. My husband is also a patient and is happy with them as well. Thank you to the staff also. They are always kind and professional. Thank you all so much!

Dr. Bill Dennis, in my opinion, is one of the most caring, knowledgeable Physicians I could ever hope to have in my life. He truly cares about my welfare, listens to my concerns, gives me the benefit of the doubt I know my own body and therefore, so far seems willing to work with me when I have an opinion or concern. If I have a health issue arise that needs immediate attention outside an ER visit, Dr. Dennis and Staff work to arrange my seeing he or one of his qualified PAs or Nurse Practitioners assuring I receive medical attention ASAP, barring weekends of course, and usually that very same day. I truly feel very blessed to have this man and his excellent Staff in my life.

I am always treated with kindness and respect when I visit Dr. Breeling, and his staff. I never wait long periods of time weather it be in the waiting room or exam room. He listens to my concerns and address all of my questions. I never feel unimportant. No matter if I am there for myself or my family members I know he is genuinely interested in giving us the best medical advice and or treatment he possibly can. His staff is also friendly and professional. They are never rude and always return calls in a timely manner. My family and I have seen different doctors over the years and doctors like Dr.Breeling are rare in todays world.

Our family (6) have used this group for 17 years and highly recommend Dr. Breeling. Our experience with the other members of this team have been good; each individual has displayed a high level of professionalism, while also displaying empathy and considering the context. Years ago I was treated in medical facilities in the Middle East, where I and other patients were treated like cattle; therefore, I understand and greatly value how our western medical profession has been flavored by Christianity, a culture of life and not death.

I have been with FPA for many years now. I have been with both Doctors and I am very pleased with both. The idea that regardless of who the physician or PA that is working on that day, I know that I will be treated well. I have no problems with anyone there. The nurses and other staff always seem knowledgeable and helpful. The on-site lab is a great resource, test results are always quick. I recommend this Practice to anyone that I know that doesnt already have one, or is not happy with their current provider.

The staff if courteous and responds in a timely manner. Dr. Dennis is honest, patient and understanding. He is willing to work with a patient to find the best plan for them as individual. Ive met Dr. Breeling as hes treated family members, and he is extremely caring and conscientious and often goes well beyond what youd expect a busy doctor to do for his patients. Ive been with FPA for 16 years and have always been pleased with the care Ive received.

Found this practice after a lengthy search. Glad I did. My previous Doctor went to a VIP program and I couldnt afford the fees. Then the doctor I found after that was very questionable as I felt like a heard of cattle when visiting that practice. Now Family Practice associates. This practice has been great in every aspect. Physicians and staff are friendly and tentative. The physicians take the time and explain everything.

I feel like I am HEARD by the health care providers at this practice. I have been going to Dr. Breeling and/or NPA Velma Parris for over 20 years. At times they get overwhelmed with patients but thats an occupational hazard. They do a good job and I am confident of their skills. This last annual exam Ms. Parris did was especially thorough and she was willing to LISTEN to my many concerns and address each of them individually.
