I called the day prior to confirm my insurance was in network with them. They said yes and it was even posted on their website. I showed up for my appointment and they told my insurance was not accepted there. For the sake of time and me getting back to work I asked what it would cost out of pocket since my insurance isnt accepted, they told I cant pay since I am insured. So either walk in and dont let them know you have insurance or call and ask for someone who knows what theyre talking about before verifying your insurance with them because the lady I spoke with didnt know anything. Ive been going tot his practice since I was a kid but it looks like Ill need to find a new PCP.

I have yet to go to my 1st appointment but the staff on the phone were very nice, even allowed me to put them on hold to accept a call from my wife, then suggested I could fill out my paperwork at home. She said she would be happy to mail it to me so I will have it ready when I arrived. Thanks for making it so easy instead of inconvenient and uncomfortable like most other office visits are! If the doctor is as good as the other referrals say, then I have truly found my home practicioner.

Great experience at this doctors office. The staff was efficient and friendly. Wait time was minimal and the PA-C Jake Duncan is awesome. I really like is holistic approach. He is very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what symptoms I was experiencing and why he was taking the course of action that he chose, I have great confidence in a doctor or PA who is as passionate about the field of medicine as Jake was.

Dr. Simonak and this practice are an amazing group of people. I am not being paid for this review nor was this solicited. I have had many health related issues over the past 5 years and with their help I have been able to get those issues under control. I love this group and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants high quality care and people who are interested in getting to the root cause of the issues.

They close at 5, not 5:30 so dont go off the times they have listed. Came back after picking up a prescription and the doors were just locked. Reception staff usually doesnt have much knowledge of anything over the phone and their customer service is usually poor. Doctors are amazing though.

Love Fossil Creek Family Medical. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They take time with patients and make sure to treat each patient individually and find the root of the problem. I moved to California and can not find a place that is as good as Fossil Creek. Highly recommend

I had a 2 month long sinus infection. Instead of giving me a ct scan they stuffed me with every antibiotic out there! Then when they decided to take blood they said I needed to have my liver monitored and never bothered even calling me back. I NEVER got to see the actual doctor either!!!!

Dont try and schedule an appoinment through their online system, they never get back to you and dont bother just showing up because they dont accept walking.
