The doctors and nurses are great. Very attentive and respectful. Also, The ladies that take your blood are great as well. The billing department has coded my bill incorrectly to the insurance company for the last five years. This has caused me countless hours waiting on hold and trying to get the bill coded correctly. I am just getting a yearly physical it shouldnt be that difficult to get that coded correctly.

If your looking for a very nice doctor who will take the time to listen and discuss the problem you have with your medical condition no matter if its lab work down to X-ray thats Dr.Lai. She is the kind of doctor that gives you the care and reminds you of a good old country doctor with the training and medical skills of the 21st century. Simply put shes great also a thumbs up for her nursing staff.

They really care about getting, and keeping their patients healthy and happy. Ive been with Dr. Buth, Kristen Ewy for over 20 years. I highly recommend Kansas Physician Group for everyones primary, and special care.

Doctors are great, but support beyond appointments is far less than satisfactory. Called them to be sure they would return a fax from my pharmacy in a timely manner so I could get my refills taken care of on time. 4 days later my pharmacy still doesnt have the returned paperwork and theres no way to leave a message or get ahold of anyone after 4PM.
