I saw Dr Bockman for a foot injury. I felt like I had something broken or swollen in my foot. He said it was probably a sports injury and sent me on my way. Huh. $200 buck for that?? This is why I never go to doctors anymore. I can diagnose myself with that. Well Im in the national guard and the medics wanted paperwork from Dr Bockman showing that I cannot run right now, so I faxed in some paperwork to Dr Bockman and the clinic. I didnt get anything back over the weekend so I called them and asked if I could fax it again. The nurse said yes, so I faxed it. Its now been almost a week and I still havent gotten a fax back. The nurse told me itd be a few days. Well lady its been almost a week. Its one page that needs to be filled out stating I cant run. I dont need a thesis here. Starting to get really agitated. I am currently on the phone with them now (or waiting on the phone anyway). Last time I waited about 12 minutes on the phone to get someone and now its been over six minutes waiting for someone to answer this ringing phone. Both times Ive called less than an hour after theyve been open. It cant be that busy. So far, subpar work on the doctors part and terrible follow up with the nurses. Im about ready to storm in there for this paperwork and it will be the last time I set foot in this place. ---so I waited for 8 minutes to get a nurse. Again, she told me she cant answer my question if the Doc had filled in my paperwork but someone would call me. Im pretty sure thats what I got last time. If I dont hear anything by close of business, Im storming over there. Sorry people, I can only be nice and passive for so long.

My visit with Dr. Brooke was okay, just ended up with doing flu swap test. He told me they will call me in an hour to tell me the result and send the prescription to pharmacy if positive, if negative, no prescription will be out. That happened in the morning, so I waited whole day but there was no call, so I assumed the test was negative and there is no prescription. The next day I felt worse for sure, so I decided to call them around 11 am to check just in case. I found out the test was positive and the prescription was ready to pick up since 2pm the day before. They just didnt call me or forgot to call me for whatever reasons they have. The margin of errors from the ability to pay attention to detail should be much narrower than that of any other business when it comes to healthcare. Not being able to keep up with the simple protocol they set up cannot earn the trusts from patients, at least from me. I cannot imagine how they would comply with more complicated protocols or procedures.

Just got home from ARC Quarry. I made an appointment last week for today at 3:30. I filled out all the insurance info over the phone and arrived at ARC 20 minutes early to make sure any extra paperwork could be completed before my scheduled time. At 4:10 I was still waiting. I went to the front desk and told the intake specialist that I was not willing to wait any longer. She responded by asking me if they had called me to go back yet. Which, obviously, had not occurred because I was standing in front of her. She then asked me if I wanted to cancel my appointment which was at that point 45 minutes over due and now 45 minutes before they close. I just said "whatever " and walked out. These people dont care about their patients and you should stay away. They wasted an hour of my day and made things worse. That will be my one and only visit to ARC.

Relatively polite staff but if you care about your doctors and nurses actually listening and caring about your concerns, this place is not for you. The nurse from my care team didnt even have my information right and tried to tell me what shots and vaccinations that Ive had that I know for a fact have never received. My doctor is Dr Thedani, shes nice and has a lot of helpful information for small things but when it comes to something I find is a serious health concern, she writes it off without thoroughly proving that there is nothing wrong. Seems like their only solution is labs, and more labs, no REAL steps towards actually achieving anything. I am so fed up with no one here taking me seriously I have resulted in going through the trouble of finding a new doctor that is in my insurance plan. Waste of time and energy.

I visited them for my CT Scan. It was terrible. We ended up waiting for lon time and when my turn came I was treated badly by a RUDE NURSE. She did not how to talk to a patient. I was in terrible pain and tool a few seconds on bed while gettin up and down coz of course I was in pain and the nurse had really really really bedside manners. She was rude and unethical and unprofessional. At least respect your profession, You are nurse your job is to deal with ill bodies. If you can not show compassion then at least do not be RUDE. You have no right to be RUDE. PLZ avoid there are 100s of better facilities in AUSTIN. PLZ save yourself from RUDE and unprofessional ppl.

My primary physician wasnt available so I got stuck with a doctor I hadnt had before, Dr. Date. I didnt know the doctor, had a UTI, and needed relief fast, so I wasnt going to be picky. She claimed my sample was clear and wouldnt give me antibiotics despite the fact that I had symptoms that needed treatment and related to nothing else (she asked if had eaten something different recently that may be causing the symptoms...uh what? Last time I checked, diet did not cause urinary urgency and pain). Went to urgent care. Diagnosed with UTI. Not surprised. So now I will have a bill from this place for NOTHING.

The doctor visit was OK, but I was referred to a specialist and getting the MRI transferred has been a pain. The person in referrals is never available, and their fax number seems to be broken, but it is impossible to confirm this because the person in referrals is never available. Also, the charge for the transfer of one MRI (which they did not give to me in the first place) is $20 with $15 shipping (to a place across the street from their location).

Weve been seeing Dr. Prochnow as my childrens pediatrician for many years now. He and his staff are fantastic! Yes, this office is busy & sometimes has longer wait times (schedule early in morning to minimize this), but they are always kind, thorough, and my kids love going in for their check- ups. They light up when I mention his name & are thrilled when they have appointments here. Thank you ARC team for building this environment for my kids!

Expect long wait times. Frustrating to have an appointment yet wait a long time for our pediatrician at ARC. Currently we have been waiting 45 minutes and still havent been taken to the exam rooms. If youre sick, try the minute clinic or Texas med clinic instead. At least youll be seen in a timely fashion.
