I hate to say this, because Dr. James Hahn was my doctor for the past 15 years. He was excellent, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was absolutely fantastic until the past two years when I could never get a hold of his receptionist or nurse after calling over 20 times. His new receptionist is absolutely terrible, not even apologizing for not answering my calls for the past two weeks. After I couldnt get into his office for a visit for they put me out of his system so now I have to fight my way back in. I love Dr. Hahn, but the rudeness and disrespectful reception is horrible when you are sick and need to see your doctor.

I am a doctor and I utilize the services of Dr. Hahn. He is probably the best doctor I have ever known, and I have known hundreds of them. His bedside manner is out of this world, his true love for his work comes through and he is the type of doctor that will remember who you are. He cares for his patients in a personal manner that I could never do. God bless Dr. Hahn and his staff.

I love this man! Hes friendly, interested, attentive, astute, professional. I am not the type of person to accept a medication-based solution to address symptoms. I want to address the cause, even if it is a lot more trouble. Dr Hahn understands that, and clearly is concerned with his patients overall health, and not just their current issues.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hahns for 10 years. I found his name and number by complete accident back then, but what a great choice! He is very flexible, as are his staff. They have even helped me when I was across the country in Los Angeles. I would recommend him to my mother, if she lived in Austin!

Dr Hahn is really great! I feel completely at ease knowing he is taking care of my family. His staff leave much to be desired.. many messages not returned, rudeness, etc.. but I still recommend him highly nonetheless. I wish all doctors could foment such a level of trust in their patients.

I went to Dr. Hahn because of his reviews and he lived up to them very well. His staff was great, and were able to work me in the morning I called. I have no insurance and his prices were great. I alllllmost look forward to going back
